Thank you to EL AL for flying even in war time
The crew, the flight boarding perfect. It was a nn EL AL plane, but it was OK but inside it was a zoo.
Cons: "The flight was delayed, crew was not helpful in my cabin, entertainment system was outdated and totally broken at my seat."
Cons: "In flight entertainment system was not working. Plane was 40 minutes late leaving. Had to run to make connections. Luggage didn’t make it."
Pros: "The plane, the food, movie selection, and check in process."
Pros: "It was my first flight with El Al and would do it again the attention of all the stewardess was excellent above all their attitude to please passengers."
Pros: "There is a reason one uses 200,000 points to get a business seat on a 12 hour flight. Not happy to be told at check in we were bumped. The plane was old, the food was not tasty, the PA system was terrible, entertainment totally sub par, a 1 hour wait for luggage. A really bad experience."

Cons: "Old plane, crowded with no space for handbag because of other passengers' carry on."
Cons: "even when checking in by web it took more than 1 hour to drop the baggage"
Cons: "They called themselves UP and gave zero service on board"
Very very very…… uncomfortable seats /does nor reclain/ and so little space /this was 5:30 hours flight- and quite expensive no longer low cost airline/ 5:30 hours flight and no water or snacks was offered anly very expensive sales.
Got rejected to enter the plane because i took calming pills. Im scared of flying and i always take it since 12 years and it was never a problem with other airlines.
The flight was 1.30 hour late because of the Police checking 4 passengers. This was not Ryanair fault but was quite ennoying.
My fligh was suddenly canceled and no ine approached me The web response was the only one and it was poor and not satisfactory Wizz did not take care for moving me and my family to another flight instead and simply gave us back the flight credits which i cant do nothing with !!
Very aggressive clerk at the boarding gate. Forcing people to pay for baggage’s that actually fit into their small cage
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "We got sanatizer when boarding which was so small like a stamp, useless"
Pros: "- the food trays of seats of the plane are in such a way that you can lay your head on them and sleep. It’s really the most comfortable of all Continental flights I’ve experienced."

Cons: "WizzAir's service. The flight had an 8 hour delay due to bad weather, while Tarom had a flight on the same route, under the same circumstances, and managed to fly to and from Valencia within a much more acceptable 2 hour delay."
Pros: "I was at the gate. Before the door to enter the airplane. The Hungarian crew wasn’t telling me that they are closing the gate or going to close it. They completely ignore me and let me stand there and at the end I see the door close in front of me, 2 meter from me and they told me I mised flight."
Cons: "I lost my money and I had to buy new flight with other company. Wizzair crew at budapest was very rude and didn’t take responsibility for the mistake they did. They could just say they are closing the door but nobody did. 2 meters from me and after I passed all security they ignored me completely."
Pros: "Flight arrived"
Cons: "Flight left vaguely late, air stewardess disappeared into the cockpit for 50 minutes. Hmm, I wonder what she was doing in the cockpit. Whatever she was doing she wasn’t helping the cart so I only got my food 20 mins before landing approach. Air pressure was weird too, nice American lady next to me had problems with her ears more than usual."
No real business class on this plane, I had to ask for the food 1.5hrs after take off, super warm beer, very very poor service
