check in for premium economy very nice. Friendly attendants. Best security video ever. Seriously. That's about it. Not a good bang for the premium economy buck, to be truthful. I had hoped/expected for a little more.

Great flight. Only complaint is it took over an hour for my luggage to get to the carousel on the return to LAX That was irritating

We ordered kosher meals, did not get them We didn’t eat The corresponding flight from Brussels was worse as it was a very low cost flight with no entertainment whatsoever and no kosher food either We had to pay for a bottle of water to take our medication In other words, my sister and I had to endure a 20 hours fast

I don’t think there was entertainment? No mention of it. It was a good flight. Only complaint was my seat cushion was not attached and kept slipping.

Flight was delayed several times and there was no wifi on board. Food was awful and seats were uncomfortable. Pretty awful for a 12 hour flight.

Improve the food When a baby cries for 7 hour out of 10, a crew member should be willing to try to assist The toilet was very dirty after a few hours

The food and wine were the worst I have ever had in business class. Also the service level was poor

The window seat had no window. We usually take aisle seats but my daughter likes to look out of the window. It would have been nice to know at least.

They canceled our last minute boarding deal tight connecting time saying our check-in bags wouldn't make it! We told them we don't have any check-in luggage but still off-loaded us and tell us to rebook later flight which was 5 hours later! AC staff were rude and not being helpful!

I am 91 years old and the first attendant to manage my wheel chair was hostile. She wanted, ahead of time, to know if I could alone manage my small case and proceeded , at the checking point to first request that I remove my shoes and did not offer any help in putting my things to the conveyer belt. As a result, my laptop chargers were lost and I was near exhaustion when the whole thing was done and after 4 days at home I am still extremely tired. With the help of the next chair attendant I just made it to the plane on time even though I was at the airport two hours before departing time. My suggestion: the chair attendants for older and in needy travelers could be chosen with more care.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Some of the best crew I have met.

Great : The crew was awesome ♥️ To improve : - The rice in the "Rice with chicken" was rather s kind of rice pudding, not good at all - No power outlet to charge your phone. 😒

I wish they could put the pre-tsa check on the tickets or global entry.

The plane was not well maintained. The entertainment system didn’t work properly, eg moving map. Many of the seat controls did not work. Cabin temperature fluctuated considerably during the flight. The seat allocated was poor, it was noisy and offered no privacy. The perfume in the toilet triggered severe allergies. Crew was very goid.

Today, this flight was great. It was on time and comfortable unlike the one on Friday July 12th that was canceled after a very long delay at the airport. Our flight to Newcastle 2 weeks previous was also canceled and the one that flew us to Newcastle, the next day, left Heathrow after it should have arrived in Newcastle. We heard of othe cancelations on this route. BA needs to fix/address this unreliable route.

As an advantage member I found the experience very positive

Disappointing. Had to pay 70 euros for one checked bag. Transatlantic flight was cramped, not very comfortable

It was not Iberia. It was with United. It was great!!!

My son and I are 193 cm tall. We had reserved and paid for seats with extra leg room towards the front of the cabin. The day of the flight, we learned that Iberia had changed aircraft. We were assigned regular seats way back in the cabin. When we landed from our first leg we spoke with agents at the gate and we were told that they couldn’t improve our seats because the flight was full.

I could change to business before flight and everything was perfect except for entertainment which was none.
