KLM is my favourite airline. Never ever let us down.Staff are first class.

It was operated by Delta. Boarding took a long time. How difficult can it be? Overall decent trip. Liked the Salt Lake City airport. Better option than Chicago for transfers.

Put some new and several options for entertainment. Do not be rude to customers and avoid serving them an extra coke or something. We paid 1200 GBP for a return flight.. A noisy, crowded, rude and uncomfortable flight.

Pretty bad. Food was awful. drinks were scarce, as if drinking an extra drink would ruin the airline. attendants were not very helpful. likely Dutch "directedness" (I cannot be bothered). Crammed flight. Entertainment in very minimal dosage. Almost all old movies and series with 1-3 episodes only. Very limited number of options available. Jesus!! it seems you need to bring your own entertainment these days even of flights that are 13 hrs long!! I would and I will avoid in the future!

The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ

The flight was again delayed for more then 2 hours with some lousy explanation regarding the reason of the delay. Although the flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, no refreshments were offered (according to EU regulations). Last 4 flights on KLM - always at least 2 hrs late. So be prepared that you cannot plan anything with KLM.

The flight was delayed for 2 hrs. Because they didn’t have a crew to fly. And it is not a first time for klm to do that. Last time they cancelled my filght and rebooked me 3 days later. Not reliable airline

We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.

Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.

We waited in line for more than 30 minutes to go through the check in (after the staff summoned us). Once on the plane we had to wait almost two hours before takeoff. The copilot said that it was not their fault but that the plane had arrived late in the first place and lost the slot to leave again because of the heavy traffic, This is completely understandable in our times, but I would have expected a little bit of pampering from the staff. We received a tiny little cup of water because we complained. Not a coffee, not a cookie, no music on the plane, no plugs to recharge your cellphone. It was very cold inside the plane and someone asked for a blanket for a baby - very harsh answer from the staff, no blankets on this plane. I think they should review their instructions and team spirit as traveling is also the experience, not only getting from A to B. And it’s not fun to interact with staff that doesn’t seem like they are enjoying their job. And as far as I know and judging from the cost of the ticket Brussels Airlines it’s not even a low cost!

Terrible seats. Whoever designed the seats should try taking a long flight in it themselves.

The crew and the flight were excellent, the food might be better!

This was absolutely one of the worst experiences of my life. I came to Europe for a 2 week trip and the airline was probably the most disorganized airline I’ve ever seen in my life. They lost my luggage. I had tracking on it for just such an occasion and told them EXACTLY where it was in the terminal and they somehow failed to get it out on the flight that night, since we were leaving for Switzerland the next day there was no way they would get it to our hotel in time. Seriously, take another airline at any cost. It’s not worth whatever you pay…you’ll end up paying a lot more in the end. My medication is in the bag and I can’t get to it and don’t know how I will get it.

I missed my connecting flight due to long lines at security and immigration. Need improvements

Food quality is deteriorating each time, last year was very good. I avoid the plane food lately.

Been flying on various airlines, all over the world, for 50+ years. The food on Brussels Air was easily the worst I ever endured.

I felt the overall quality of the plane and food service was less than that of their partner airlines, United. An example was wine was served in paper cups in premium economy class. There was no real silverware, napkins or a welcome kit other than a pillow and blanket.

Boarding time was a bit slow causing the flight to not leave right at 5 pm,but other than that it was fine.

I like the frequent mails we get when there is an update. Please keep it up

A bit disappointing. Our business class seats were not cleaned from previous flight. They were also missing headphones and bottled water. Dining options were not always available.

The flight from MAD to LIS was absolutely horrible since they didn't allow me to board the flight I had paid for. It turns out TAP has a rule hidden deep in their terms of services that if I miss any of the flights in my multi-city plan they will automatically cancel all the remaining flights. I don't know if this is unique to TAP or common practice, but it seems quite ridiculous that I pay for a flight plan and due to unforeseen circumstances miss one leg of that plan that all remaining plan flights be terminated.

The flight was delayed causing me to miss my connecting flight

they canceled the flight. I was at the airport a total of 8 hours. had to fly out the next day. No compensation so far.

They took 8 hours and eventually cancelled the flight. Compensation has been very lackluster and communication has been slow and terrible.

Flew Business with a forced upgrade. dint like how the bidding went . Then at the airport the seat was less than I paid. Not fair The flight crew was great, friendly and very kind. The plane felt like a bucket of bolts. The meal was the worst ever. Ive had better on tap . this was the most disappointing leg of our trip

The flight to Lisbon from Paris was quite pleasant. However, charging several Euros for each item of food left something to be desired. Further, there seemed to be no complimentary drinks, even water.

All of my clothes were completely soaked and wet when I got to my destination. The airline was careless and left my bag on the runway during a rain storm. Very disappointing! On the connecting flight in Lisbon we were made to wait on a bus crammmed in for 20min and standing. Unacceptable Very poor experience and most of my belongings ruined!

It was disappointing to have to pay for soft drinks/ water. The sandwich I wanted was not available. Servig happened to late in the flight.

Not good. Long lines for checkin. Cramped seats. Would only give one tiny cup of water. Had to use people movers. Won’t fly TAP again

It was not assigned a seat to me. I was not able to aboard. I lost all other connections..

I would have liked it better if Iberia had not lost my and my companion's luggage.

Terrible food and over experience Flight was very rocky a lot of people vomiting

Basically a smooth ride to Madrid. There was a little hiccup with boarding but it worked out. Overall great experience!

Today, this flight was great. It was on time and comfortable unlike the one on Friday July 12th that was canceled after a very long delay at the airport. Our flight to Newcastle 2 weeks previous was also canceled and the one that flew us to Newcastle, the next day, left Heathrow after it should have arrived in Newcastle. We heard of othe cancelations on this route. BA needs to fix/address this unreliable route.

The check in was a disaster - they don’t follow their own baggage rules. The layovers are unrealistic and Iberia doesn’t help with their own connecting flights. They lost our kids child seats without any recourse. We will never fly Iberia with our family again.

They cancelled our NON_STOP flight from London to Chicago 22 hours before our flight. After a 2 hour phone call, they rescheduled us from London to Barcelona (Wrong way to USA) 2 hour lay over, and then to Chicago for a 9 1/2 hour flight at 6 am. Ruined 2 days of our vacation. We will not fly British Airways again.

No air, volume on my screen was jumping all over the place

Yeah you have time and can sit around for a while to be okay for you but if you planned on getting connected flights I recommend not to fly with this Airline it's best they for flying out of the country

The main improvement would be better food, although this flight had better food than outgoing flight from JFK to Bilbao.

Very good- my first flight with Airbus A380/800. Some of the food was not tasty , however. Everything else was excellent- the crew, the comfort, the process.

Poor communication from airline, didn't start boarding until 15 minutes after we were supposed to be in the air and there was no communication from anyone about a delay except the screens showing we were "on-time" and already "boarding" which finally updated 5 minutes after we were supposed to be in the air to "delayed".

The checkin process was horrid because of a rude staff, the crew pretty much ignored the request for a bottle of water soon after boarding. Not all the crew were bad, but there are certainly some bad apples in there.

Great crew. Food was better than average, including hot meals and warm cookies. Flight was smooth and we were kept informed of turbulence.

Tiny, cramped seats with minimum leg room and hard armrests. Basic needs like a seat and luggage came with an additional charge. Budget airline amenities with premium airlune cost. I won't use this airline again.

No refreshments apart from a bottle of water. No pillows. No entertainment. Flight delayed by 52 minutes.

No pillows provided. Chaotic boarding. No inflight entertainment. Flight arrived 25 minutes late.

My only complaint would be that we paid for insurance in case we needed to change our flights. However we still had to pay to change and was not helped on either travel parties. I would like a refund for my change fees as indicated in our insurance plans.

Regular 3 across coach seats in “business” just empty middle seat

Must deplane and take bus in Frankfurt. A big hassle.
