My suitcase was severely damaged. I didn't realize the degree until after I exited the luggage area. I submitted an online form and was informed it might be a few weeks until someone got back to me. Ridiculous. I have to return to the USA with it?!
2 hours on the tarmac then another 20 minutes at the gate make for a poor experience
Very old plane, small, no screens, no charging ports. It was 4 hour of pain! I would not recommend this flight, not to mention that it costed $800, which is a total ripoff. Don't recommend!
Poor food. No seats screens only WiFi and not text messages. No in flight information for the flight . Took off one hour late.
The check in was very slow and we had to wait more than half an hour at the reception ! No priority for Platinum passengers

My El Al flight was awful - very uncomfortable seats, like short-haul Spirit Airlines not good for a 15-hour flight. My aisle seat stuck out into the aisle so was constantly banged into by flight attendant-driven carts - no apologies given at any time- and people waiting to use the toilet. Flight attendants literally yelling at passengers to sit down a half hour before landing - a lot of yelling in general. Especially unwelcome at 3am.

I wish that the meal included a vegetable or even a salad instead of couscous! Why serve chicken with rice AND couscous? Service was good overall though a bit lacking in friendliness. Usually on air france I've been offered a glass of champagne before dinner, wine with dinner, and a digestif after dinner. We were only offered wine this time!
It was not Air France but Air Europa. But confusion over our checked luggage. Whether it was checked all the way to Tenerife or not. It was not. Had to line up again in Departures. At least our Sky Priority was honoured. Flight was fine.
My wife and I had a row to ourselves after moving seats. There were no TVs and you had to buy food. So we did nothing but had a quick nap. Flight was fine.
The male attended that served are section was a snob. He did not answer my call light when my wine spilled all over the floor. I did not push it again or drew his attention to it. He just ignored the call light when he came to give us our meal, serving the people behind us first. I did not push it again or drew his attention to it to see his reaction. It was so obvious that he was ignoring us. We were in premium economy!
Georgian Airways check in staff initially denied us, because they thought passengers required transit visas to transfer on connecting flights. This required 70 minutes for them to call multiple people to confirm how transfers worked. They did not apologize once accepting our check in. Onboard, the four hour flight gave stale bread with spam slices as lunch. The only included drinks were still or sparkling water.
I did not get my baggage at my final destination..poor coordination with connecting flights with partner airlines (Saudi airways). Also the food was very mediocre.
Not great , just ok . I expected better food but it did not deliver . Flight staff was ok . The guy at the drop off bag counter was the only saving grace in this whole trip . He was pleasant, friendly and very helpful . You couldn’t ask for a better assistance from him .
There was 2 hours delay before boarding and 2 hours delay after boarding while waiting in the plane

Boarding was a disaster being moved by Air France by bus to the plane. The plane should have been at the right gate.
There were a lot (4 I think) of EasyJet flights leaving Agadir, we arrived two and a half ours before our flight. Very slow to get through the booking in, passport control and security!! We had booked in on line but had to Queue with others who had not to drop our bags off!,
We boarded and then sat on the tarmac for an hour….probably not E Jets fault. But the gentleman that checked us in and took our luggage was exceptionally friendly and calming for early morning/ confused passengers. As always, it’s the people that make or break an experience, right?
I was hesitant to book with a low cost airline due to previous experience but Easy Jet surpassed my expectations. I would definitely book a flight with them again! Seemless booking, upfront about baggage fees, professional, and helpful staff.
Kayak sent several notifications that the flight was late. This contradicted the information on the airport boards. This was extremely confusing and we very nearly missed the flight purely because we double checked with the info desk when the flight stays said’closed’. I was charged at the gate for bags I had already paid for. There was no other option. I am trying diligently thought easyJet website but making no progress HELP!
Be sure to check bags for 23 kg,.(50 lbs) Coming from US I chose the wrong size luggage weight when I checked in on my phone, and had to pay more when I dropped it off
The boarding process was really slow. The air crew was amazing. Also the food options and the entertainment on board.
The staff was not at pleasant as those on the first leg of our trip.
Lufthansa only flew me to Larnaca. I had to find my own way from there, and am out of pocket for a ticket and hotel expenses

The flight didn’t happen with Lufthansa. It got canceled with no reason given and all I received for my troubles was €20. People make travel plans for a reason and when the flight was rebooked, it was delayed for 4 1/2 hours on Austria Airlines. The flight attendants were of zero help. They just wanted to stand and look pretty. I hope to never fly Austrian Airlines again. Horrible!!
I never will fly again. They rebooked me without telling me. Cancelled my flight and rebooked me on new airline. When they booked me on new flight I had to repay for all my baggage and seat reservations despite the email and reservation I showed and confusion and discussions the new airline had trying to rectify it with Discover and Lufthansa. I added seats later which is an option which makes me think I need to book directly with airlines going forward to avoid this disaster
Tickets, paying for bags, and the lack of help by employees was the worst. It took almost 1.5 hours to get this done. The airplane, seating, and stewards were amazing!!! That part of the flight was one of the better flights I have taken.
The airplane was as hot as a sauna upon boarding. I was dripping with sweat. Something needs to be done about that.
They canceled our flight right before it was to take off and then we stood in line for four hours to make other arrangements. It completely ruined our trip.

It is the worst ever airline. All employees I spoke with over the phone were pompous asses.
The gate information was never populated on the Delta app or the airport displays or the desk at the Delta lounge. We found at the last minute that we had to switch terminals and just made it to our flight. Even this we found accidentally by asking an employee at another gate. On board service was poor. Seats were very poor. All in all a poor experience. At best like a Premium Economy on other airlines

You idiots…ITA cancelled our flights one month out and we had to buy new tickets at a much higher price. You stiffed us by not refunding the cost of the insurance. I’ll never buy through Kayak again.
Premium Economy was average for class. Seat comfort was just okay. Crew was attentive. Checkin was fine and moved quickly. Boarding process in Rome was not well organized.
It was horrible the woman next to me was sick and I asked if they would change my seat and they said that they didn’t have any available. I sat next to this women for 9 hour and now I am sick .
We booked and purchase our seats in February for a September flight. We choose seats then also, did the online check in on the app the day before and all was fine. At the airline check in they charged our seats and we were not even sitting together after paying for business class seats. They separated us with no explanation and would not change them back. I was very upset. On the return flight, they tried to put us on standby! When again, we purchased seats in February for this flight. The plane was old and smaller and the business class seats were not comfortable like the flight from NYC. Flight attendants were hard to find once the first meal was served, luckily the flights were smooth.
Crew was good. Very nice staff. Wine was good. Problems- no AC while waiting for takeoff. Long wait so we should have been more comfortable. No water for quite awhile. Food should have been better for an Italian airline. Chicken was pressed rounds of processed meat- not tasty. We had only one hour for our connection- ran through airport- plane waited for us and staff was helpful.
