Pros: "We were told by terminal staff in Istanbul that the fkught was on Turkish Airlines.We waited in line at the first ticket counter and then we were sent to a second ticket counter where we waited in line again. We were sent to a 3rd counter where the Supervisor was chatting with a lady for 20 minutes. When we reached the counter we were told it was too late to board and we had missed our flight even though there were still 35 minutes to flight time. Turkish Airlines staff would not help us any further and we had to go purchase another ticket."

Cons: "Business Class boarding process is not well setup. I expect that If you are paying significantly more for a business class, you would have priority boarding at least ... this didn't happen. We were asked to be there at the gate 1 hr before the flight of which 40 mins were spent just waiting in a room packed with people."

We tried twice to fly home earlier because we knew the flights were going to get cancelled but the airlines wanted to charge us $1500 for that. So when the time came and the flights got cancelled they were trying to adjust the flights and we got stranded away from our kids. Overall it was not a great experience as far as their customer service and we were not happy with how they chose to handle things."
Cons: "there was no in-time update on information about flight gate. it changed 3 times. result is i missed my flight and next flight was offered at US$1200 for IST-KWI sector where total fare from Toronto - Kuwait was US$ 1000 staff at Transfer desk was not co-operative and Sales office was almost empty. only 2 person there to attend many stranded passengers. staff was very slow to work and no criteria to handle those need help on urgent basis. most of the staff do not speak English and very UNFRIENDLY"

Cons: "I was apparently "flagged" by British Airways for extra security checks. As I understood it in London, I was randomly selected for this security check. This then apparently meant that I was to be flagged for all subsequent flights. This meant that in Chicago, after going through two other security checks that day (Zurich and London) and completing customs, I had to engage in a full Homeland security check. This involved removing protective covers from my laptop and phone that were hard to get off (not meant to be taken off regularly) and a full body search that I did not have to do in London. After many hours of traveling, this was very a frustrating experience."

Cons: "I did not like how we were treated by the United Airline Crew front desk when we were getting our boarding pass, they immediately say that due to myself having a Philippine Passport and A US Green Card holder they needed to check with Japan Immigration and in the end of waiting they said that we can’t board the plane because of my citizenship status and I needed to get a Japan VISA, I felt discriminated for something I do not know about when I purchased the tickets via online it doesn’t even show if there were any requirements needed in order for me to travel to Japan. My overall Review is a big ZERO and Unsatisfactory of how they treat their customers."
