Everything was good, but there was a delay of about an hour

I liked it as a half empty flight, I didn't like to wait 5 hours to fly which wasn't my fault.

Food was horrible! Inedible sandwiches by a supposed star chef, Assaf Granit. I was dead hungry the entire flight but couldn't possibly stuff that awful sandwich down my throat,

El AL has vastly improved its overall experince in the last several years. Nicer place, nicer flight attendants, food, comfort etc

Poor food service, a microwave heated sandwich and 300ml water bottle for a coach 4 hours flight ticket. Entertainment only by streaming to your device if you got something more than a small phone screen. On the positive side - on time arrivel.

Remind me not to fly (eat) at passover with Israeli cartiers. Came out of the aircraft with an incredible neck pain. Crew and entertainment were good.

Great entertainment system. The crew was somewhat helpful, but ignored the calls completely. Also all the isle seats were taken by the time of check-in and we had to squeeze a family of 5 on middle seats in 3 rows - awfully inconvenient to fetch nappies, take kids to the toilet or fetch water. Seat spacing was ok and the missile defence system of ElAl planes is unmatched.

Window seats on the 737 are tight and narrow. Staff was good.

the luggage was delayed to the point i missed my next flight hich was an hour after arrival not good at all

It was great! Friendly crew. Good food and service. Great snacks. But one of our luggage did not come to Chicago. Stood at carrousel until the end waiting for our bag and it wasn’t there. Then we had to rush very fast to catch our connecting flight to Cleveland and almost missed it

Everything was good. Although I was certain that I paid for checked bag for my husband and checked bag for myself at the time of booking. And I was told I did not pay. Therefore I had to pay at check in. ☹️

Everything was fine except for very old audio video equipment. I couldn’t use my own headphones because there’s two-port audio plug and the headphones provided are useless. The displays are really old as well. Definitely need to be updated.

Checked me out of my connecting flight despite having enough time to transfer, had to check in again at the gate. Then they lost my luggage.

Plane was late so luggage never made it to connecting flight. I’ve been home 2 days and still do not have my luggage.

The layover should have been one where I could have actually reached my connecting flight in time if all flights were in time.

The pilot was wonderful and enthusiastic and introduced himself over the intercom. We all felt in good hands. Crew were all super friendly and especially the young , gentleman crew member. Everything Swiss airlines represents. Hospitality, friendly and professional. Thank you. Truly a memorable short flight.

Crew was super courteous and helpful. Food quality was not so good. Most of the movies were old.

We waited in line for more than 30 minutes to go through the check in (after the staff summoned us). Once on the plane we had to wait almost two hours before takeoff. The copilot said that it was not their fault but that the plane had arrived late in the first place and lost the slot to leave again because of the heavy traffic, This is completely understandable in our times, but I would have expected a little bit of pampering from the staff. We received a tiny little cup of water because we complained. Not a coffee, not a cookie, no music on the plane, no plugs to recharge your cellphone. It was very cold inside the plane and someone asked for a blanket for a baby - very harsh answer from the staff, no blankets on this plane. I think they should review their instructions and team spirit as traveling is also the experience, not only getting from A to B. And it’s not fun to interact with staff that doesn’t seem like they are enjoying their job. And as far as I know and judging from the cost of the ticket Brussels Airlines it’s not even a low cost!

Terrible seats. Whoever designed the seats should try taking a long flight in it themselves.

The crew and the flight were excellent, the food might be better!

This was absolutely one of the worst experiences of my life. I came to Europe for a 2 week trip and the airline was probably the most disorganized airline I’ve ever seen in my life. They lost my luggage. I had tracking on it for just such an occasion and told them EXACTLY where it was in the terminal and they somehow failed to get it out on the flight that night, since we were leaving for Switzerland the next day there was no way they would get it to our hotel in time. Seriously, take another airline at any cost. It’s not worth whatever you pay…you’ll end up paying a lot more in the end. My medication is in the bag and I can’t get to it and don’t know how I will get it.

I missed my connecting flight due to long lines at security and immigration. Need improvements

Food quality is deteriorating each time, last year was very good. I avoid the plane food lately.

Been flying on various airlines, all over the world, for 50+ years. The food on Brussels Air was easily the worst I ever endured.

I felt the overall quality of the plane and food service was less than that of their partner airlines, United. An example was wine was served in paper cups in premium economy class. There was no real silverware, napkins or a welcome kit other than a pillow and blanket.

Boarding time was a bit slow causing the flight to not leave right at 5 pm,but other than that it was fine.

I like the frequent mails we get when there is an update. Please keep it up

I travel on a monthly basis and I’m not a stranger to budget airlines. I never complain about anything, it just about adjusting you expectations to what you paid for and you will get, but these flights (2) with Air Europa Miami - Madrid - Athens were a terrible experience. Both flights had a significant delays and multiple gate changes. At the checking they used a hand scale to weight your carry in, it cannot be more than 10 kg , even it fit on size.Luckily mine was ok . The food was inedible. The staff service was ok, but you can totally tell they do not care about much and show little customer service culture. I think this was my last trip on Air Europa. Actually the price was almost the same than other major airlines, I just took this one because I needed to depart late at night.

Probably will never use this air line again. Rude miserable staff. Uncomfortable seats.

i paid accidently for a second bag instead of a golf bag (Eur 40 instead of 50) they would give me credit when i tried to change the second bag from a regular suitcase to a golfbag. The comment was "you made a mistake, your problem"

It was NO entertainment, the screens were not working for anyone. The food was bad in taste, my chicken was hard. The seat in my case didn’t recline. A long and endless flight

Very BAD crew service They ignore at all any call for service . Very rude from the check in process to all the tripularion members in the fight .

Extremely efficient and incredibly friendly staff. Very organized to board and to de-plane. They were all very attentive during the flight.

The flight, the staff and the airplane were all fantastic. I highly recommend.

Boarding, crew and flight were very smooth and efficient. It was a bit difficult to understand the announcements on board, but it is a minor thing. What was quite bad was the very long time it took to retrieve the luggage at the Frankfurt airport.

Terrible app. Working off paper stickies for seat reservations doesn’t work anymore.

Impossible to check in via the App. Kept on getting emails offering upgrade. When followed through not available. Wasn't any food anyway.

Very good- my first flight with Airbus A380/800. Some of the food was not tasty , however. Everything else was excellent- the crew, the comfort, the process.

Poor communication from airline, didn't start boarding until 15 minutes after we were supposed to be in the air and there was no communication from anyone about a delay except the screens showing we were "on-time" and already "boarding" which finally updated 5 minutes after we were supposed to be in the air to "delayed".

The checkin process was horrid because of a rude staff, the crew pretty much ignored the request for a bottle of water soon after boarding. Not all the crew were bad, but there are certainly some bad apples in there.

Great crew. Food was better than average, including hot meals and warm cookies. Flight was smooth and we were kept informed of turbulence.

Tiny, cramped seats with minimum leg room and hard armrests. Basic needs like a seat and luggage came with an additional charge. Budget airline amenities with premium airlune cost. I won't use this airline again.

No refreshments apart from a bottle of water. No pillows. No entertainment. Flight delayed by 52 minutes.

No pillows provided. Chaotic boarding. No inflight entertainment. Flight arrived 25 minutes late.

My only complaint would be that we paid for insurance in case we needed to change our flights. However we still had to pay to change and was not helped on either travel parties. I would like a refund for my change fees as indicated in our insurance plans.

Regular 3 across coach seats in “business” just empty middle seat

Must deplane and take bus in Frankfurt. A big hassle.
