I can't take my flight with Air Iberia because, because of you I couldn't take the connection I had booked from Lisbon to Madrid.

I didn't know anything about TAP Air Portugal but the flight was awesome and far cheaper than any other airline.

We stood at the Barcelona airport from 7pm until 2:30am with our children. Nobody offered us food vouchers, taxi or hotel. We had to ask and only got a hotel which was an hour away and taxi on us costing us over $100 euro! Everything closed and our children ate cookies from a vending machine for dinner. Finally we got to our hotel after 3am and slept until 6:30am to catch another taxi on us back to the airport just to find out it’s delayed and we would miss our connection in Madrid back to Miami. We arrived the airport again at 9am and at 3pm we’re finally given food vouchers for our hungry children to eat something. American Airlines has a direct flight from Barcelona to Miami but they insisted they couldn’t do that for us and we’d again stay another night in Barcelona at a hotel. This would all be fine if we weren’t traveling with small children, they didn’t have school and we didn’t have to work and had extra money to pay for all the inconveniences. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had and will never choose Tap again for our travels!"

When I got to the Boston airport, I was told there is a fee to check a bag with the ticket type I purchased- of 90 DOLLARS each way!!! This is absurdly expensive. I tried to pay with cash as I had very little on my card, and was told this isn't possible. So I had to pay the fee, and arrive at my 7 hour layover with next to no cash on my card- too little to buy a meal in the airport. So I had a miserable layover experience. I do not recall seeing this baggage fee listed anywhere on Kayak when I booked my flight- it looks like this policy took effect in September 2017, but I booked my flight in July. I am very upset about this additional charge- it is dishonest and I will not be flying with TAP again. I am also considering using alternatives to Kayak, as the TAP representative said that it's Kayak's fault the baggage fee wasn't listed."

Lots of dirt, tired seats, yucky bathrooms, etc. This plane needs an overhaul!! No storage anywhere in the seats either, which was shocking. And the angle lay flat seats are certainly fantastic in comparison to Coach seats, but still hard to sleep and get comfortable."

Cons: "Our plane to Nice was diverted to Marseille airport. We were told the airport was closed, however, all other flights seem to be landing at the "closed" airport. After landing at Marseille, the captain told us that we would refuel and fly back to Nice. After a long wait stuck in the hot, stuffy and cramped cabin, the captain announced that he received a call from EasyJet's London office directing him to discontinue the flight because it was more economical to bus the passengers back to Nice. Some passengers refused to deplane and the crew called the police to force them off the plane. The crew was hostile and at no point apologized for the situation. No buses were present when we deplaned. No instructions were given. We simply sat in an uncomfortable holding area for more than three hours without sufficient information or help. If anyone asked for further information they were literally threatened with arrest. In a few cases the police were called by EasyJet staff but the officers unsurprisingly refused to actually arrest someone for such an absurd reason. After an excruciating wait the buses arrived. It took three more hours to get back to Nice. We were dumped there in the middle of the night with no help or assistance. The airport was like a ghost town. It was the worst flight ever. No more EasyJet."

Connecting flight was cancelled
Since the BUD-TLV flight got cancelled a week ago, I never made it to Israel. I have postponed the trip by a week. Also on the new flight by WizzAir there was a delay. Horrible airlines.

Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"
