The seats needs to be spruced up , for a long flight very uncomfortable , cushions are worn out but everything else is very good , crew is great.

The crew were great and constantly cleaning bathrooms and taking care of passengers. Flight was on time and arrived on time. Boarding was easy and hassle free. Food could have been better but decent selection. Overall recommend and will fly again.

Everything was good except the bathrooms were usually dirty and the trash bins in the bathrooms were full.

ITA cancelled my flight and I was not able to make it to my connection flight. I had no choice but to book a totally different ticket, different airline and pay for a flight that I can't afford. ITA keeps saying I will get full refund, but I can't believe it.

entire experience was lacking professionalism from not getting our seats together when we appropriated our tickets far in advance .

Ok, but no entertainment. Left late, but made up most of the time.

I paid for premium seats and the last minute they changed the aircraft for a bigger one, they bumped me to another seat which was NOT at all comfortable for an 11 hour flight, will fight for a refund!!

Plane was not clean. Difficulty with entertainment system. Small beverage paper cups.

I heard that ita airways was not good but my experience was very solid

More than 2 hours late and no food because of a problem with the catering. The flight was super full and there wasn’t enough space for the hand bags. A lot of space for improvement.
