Premium was very comfortable. Food was delicious. I had specific diet requirement and Virgin Atlantic ensured it was provided. Onboard crew was very friendly and caring. Extremely smooth journey. I wonder how upper class experience would be. Perhaps one day, I will try upper class.
Pros: "Comfortable seating, pleasant food and entertainment."
Cons: "Not being charged $1200 for a ticket that I already bought, but had been voided with no notice. And Virgin Atlantic staff not friendly or helpful in any way with this situation."

Pros: "I like the professional approach of the airline and the staff. Seats are really comfortable and i did not need my sleeping pillow at all as the headrest of my seat was already so comfortable."
Cons: "There is not much which i did not like about this airline. Just like other airlines, now have started feeling that Economy class travellers are being approached with bit biased approach in hospitality though they have major contribution in meeting flight running expenses. All airlines should start considering this fact and improve the overall approach."

Cons: "The food. No herbal or decaf tea. No decaf coffee. The regular coffee and regular tea was awful; I like strong coffee and tea but on the plane it was terrible. The was not a vegan option for dinner. I thought the pilot announced complimentary beverages; soft drinks, coffee, tea & alcohol. Perhaps I was mistaken or maybe he was. I like the seats (reclining back with the seat bottom moving forward) except the seat bottom is entirely too hard and was bad for my back. The hot towels are a welcome touch. The ride was smooth, the pilots did a very good job."

Cons: "The same food every time and its not high quality - even in Business class. The business class seats are uncomfortable, they don't recline far enough or provide adequate leg and foot support. The breakfast is not good at all and they seem to fry or provide stale croissants and danishes - they are always so hard and difficult to eat. the flight is always delayed and boarding chaotic."
Cons: "Security and boarding gate at Chicago. Too much repeatation of travel documents. Lines were not evenly managed. Some lines weee extremely slow and was quite fast. Manual check was too detailed"

Cons: "We did not like anything about the trip to Houston from Istanbul. To sart with, we were told by Turkish Airline staff to go to the gate more than 1 hour EARLIER than the flight to Houston. Once we arrived at the gate, we were told "I cannot help you with anything about your flight. That is another department" and we to wait our turn and wait for someone to take us down the jetway. We waited for 75 minutes (1.25 hours) until after EVERY OTHER PASSENGER was on board. The flight attendant was unresponsive to us, talked down to my husband and me in a way that was insulting, rude, demeaning and very nasty. When another passenger complained that he did not get the seat that the attendant just changed for him, FOUR flight attendants helped him - one person got on the phone with someone (I don't know who), another went down to his seat to see where he was sitting. Yet another came and tried to explain why they couldn't help and finally a fourth tried to speak with another attendant on board. Whether or not his problem was solved, I don't know, but this was in the middle of our conversation (with only one attendant, I will add), and so his attention was taken away from us and put on him. Our seats were changed from seats closest to the bathroom to the middle of the plane. My husband cannot walk so 14 rows walking was not possible. I will say that finally, it took three volunteers who offered their seats to us to sit near the much needed bathroom. Regarding being seated near the bathrooms, when we asked for an aisle chair (that they told us they had on board) we were told to "stand there. we will get one in around 10 minutes). And, the wheelchair was sent all the way to the BAGGAGE CLAIM and NOT GATE CHECKED, when we arrived in Houston, we can clearly see the frame is bent, the wheels are out of alignment and the brake is also bent out of shape. The wheelchair is a custom made chair just for my husband. We will be sending Turkish Airlines the bill for a new chair if it cannot be repaired. I hope you can see to address these problems. I am not hopeful it is not normally like this for Jews who wear their head coverings. United is irresponsible and putting pessengers at risk of covid-19 exposure! This is unacceptable. False advertising - people paid for social distance on the plane bit encounter the opposite !!"

Pros: "All was well, staff was cordial and food decent. I got my special meal with no problem. We left on time and arrived half hour early. Flying with elal, we need to be patient with all the extra security, but that feels safer to me so I don’t mind."
Cons: "the entertainment screen didn’t work. I downloaded the “dream stream” to my phone in advance and watched content that way. It worked fine, but it’s not the same content that is available on the actual screen."

Pros: "There is a reason one uses 200,000 points to get a business seat on a 12 hour flight. Not happy to be told at check in we were bumped. The plane was old, the food was not tasty, the PA system was terrible, entertainment totally sub par, a 1 hour wait for luggage. A really bad experience."
Cons: "The worse airline on earth. Do yourself a favor and avoid flying with them at any cost."
