Filed a report at Frankfurt Airport but it was filled with all my essentials and some valuables and the airport staff didnt seem to concerned in helping me.... To clarify, my experience through Kayak has been fine! However this whole ordeal has left a very sour taste in my mouth...i still dont have my luggage. Cons: "I was shocked when we landed in Ataturk and the sleeve was attached to the plane we had to get down to the ground from the middle of the sleeve. We were taken to the terminal by bus!! After the sleeve was already attached! I can understand when you are in some small airport or flying with low cost airline. But it's Turkish airlines in their home airport! Really disappointed."

So I had figure out how to change all of my flights from there to Kansas in the States. All with bad internet service and unhelpful costomer service. And having to deal with two unexpected long layovers. All that to say, sending periodic emails is important especially if the flight had been changed."

I know this is done to cram in as many seats as possible into the plane, and thus sell more tickets, but from a passenger's perspective, this is a terrible practice."

Plane in TLV parked in Terminal 1 but boarding was in terminal 3. A long bus ride was needed to reach plane. Connection in Istanbul is bad. Lines were long and not orderly. Bad experience overall. Flight out of Istanbul was late. The reading light did not work. The crew was very nice and service was good. Again, luggage did not arrive. This time 2 out of 2 pieces. One piece arrived a day later the second took more than 48 h."

We landed at our final destination (Salt Lake City Utah) on Thursday December 31, but our luggage didn't arrive in Salt Lake until last night (Jan 2nd) at 11pm MST. Thankfully the luggage was lost on our way home and not on our way to our vacation, but it is always really frustrating."

Pros: "Almost 6 hrs delay upon departure from Istanbul. Very poor communication from ground staff. Extremely basic English knowledge. Extremely poor "compensation" in terms of food arrangements (food voucher to be redeemed at Sbarro comprising of 1 slice of pizza, some potatoes and a soft drink that I could not even exchange for a bottle of water as I do not take soft drinks!). Not a word of apologies from the captain once we finally departed, no explanations whatsoever on the reason of the delay. Terrible, terrible customer service."

No entertainment at all and comfort was not a priority but it's okay since it's a budget airline after all. But it would be better if they consider comfort of flyers even if it is a budget flight because flying is a serious thing and can cuase a lot of anxieties to begin with."

Pros: "Firstly, Overbuggage limits were put into practice with a mindset of just to f* the customers and consequently almost every single passenger has to end up paying at such overated fees that were equal to a level of a business ticket of any well known first class airline company.I , myself, had to pay 450£ in total for the ticket , just because of 34 kg of a luggage weight though 20 kg of this amount was included in the ticket. Sirs, if you really will only take this complaint as just to watch and say that this was a company policy then i will definetly never choose your services either again.Also, from the bottom of my heart, i will never feel tired to share and spead around this nasty experience of mine on each and every social media occasion , when i will have a word to say. Within only one flight on that day ,the total buggage revenue of the company was equal to a sum of 23,000 £ in total, despite the plane was ridiculously abit bigger than a small box. So I tried to pay cash with 100 EUR bill and she told me she was going to return the change in Turkish lira! The male steward was just standing next to the trolley without saying a word, looking afraid of his aggressive lady colleague. That's what I call customer service! The particular flight was PC861 Kuwait - Istanbul on June 17."

Cons: "I came four hours before my flight, about 4 a.m.. two and a half was spent sending me back and forth because they couldn't agree on what was an appropriate price to charge me for extra baggage. The girl at the baggage counter called Pegasus and they told her the amount. When I got back to the baggage counter, the man there started checking my bags then the supervisor started yelling at me and him, because of a "miscommunication" between the other girl and Pegasus. I heard the other girl explain, and it was no communication. The supervisor as she called herself was extremely rude and short tempered with EVERYONE. Plus, they wanted to charge me 215 dollars for one extra bag. Really? I finally took a few things out and got away with under 90 dollars from the 20 dollars they were going to charge me before. I would have been happy to book with another airline that would have easily come under that price, and I barely got to my gate on time. I booked with Turkish air prior and it was 200 dollars round trip and I was very happy. My bags and food were free. When I got to Turkey to change flights, we had to get off the plane we were on and get on another, and my flight was over two hours delayed. We had to stay at the gate, and so I couldn't buy food at the airport. I would have gotten to Frankfurt at two so the small breakfast I had would have been ok, and now I had to buy food on the plane because I had planned also to meet a friend for dinner outside of Frankfurt before another flight (actually the entire reason I was flying with Pegasus in the first place) and now I wouldn't make it. Can you imagine spending all that money plus a hotel and the entire reason you went is just gone and you have to deal with all of this? So I go to buy food on the plane and I'm told my credit card doesn't work. The funny thing is, previously I checked my bags with the same credit card, and afterwards I rented a car and hotel with the same card. I knew my credit card worked. I made her try it again and nothing. So I just had to live on the small amount of yogurt I had had that morning. There was no apologies or anything for everything we went through except when my credit card wouldn't work the flight attendant gave me some coffee for free. I'm not a complainer and actually travel quite a bit (I've been traveling for 3.5 months straight all over europe and the middle east). This has been the only negative experience I've had. I truly believe that Pegasus does not care about keeping customers. I really feel like I've been treated like dirt, and that I was tricked into booking with them. I've always booked with Kayak and will continue to, but I would reconsider working with Pegasus if I were you. The other discounters like Ryanair are just fine. But this experience made me extremely angry and I will never book with Pegasus again."

Always asking customers for more money, they took my credit card at the airport when I was complaining about my first flight being screwed up and unbeknownst to me charged more money when yhey were claiming they wanted it for verification purposes."

Pros: "We checked our bags in Madrid. They approved our carry-on and we flew out no problem. Arrive in Turkey to switch planes, they started to pull all the American and Canadian passport holders to the side and they pilled out a pocket luggage scale that we all know was inaccurate or rigged. They ripped off our approved tags fro Madrid and told us that our bags were overweight.... we had a small backpack for me and my wife had her purse. They weighed them and told us if we didn't pay 150euros, we could not board the plane. - yes, they said the purse was overweight. We talked them down to 70euros. When we finally got on the plane and talked with other passengers we found out we were lucky, one family had to pay 1400 euros and another paid 300 euros. We also left a Canadian lady behind because they would not accept American Express."

Pegasus knows this, so when you fly in to Europe and use one of their planes to get to your final destination, they only allow 44lbs, so you have to pay a penalty to get through. Terrible."
