The flight was absolutely fine. Unfortunately it was delayed by an hour due to unforeseen reasons.

Agean Airlines are the best!!! Kind and pretty personnel willing to help you any time! Kind with the kids and smiley faces! And the only airlines to serve food and drink for free! Yes! This is GREEK HOSPITALITY!! Great job!!

The airline provided exceptional service, particularly the counter personnel. The aircraft's seating arrangement offered ample legroom and comfort, exceeding expectations for standard economy class.

The free wi if was highly appreciated and worked very well. Staff was great!

Fine. It was a 25 minute ride in a tiny plane that left 20 mins late

The only issue was a short window to make my connecting flight, and nobody to assist me in finding my way to the next gate.

This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

Just ok. No much of a great travel experience. If you need point A to B they are ok.

The plane was 5 1/2 hours late. Scheduled for 19.50 take off - Actual take off 01.30am

The flight was delayed again. I had a bad experience with Wizz Air, and I don't want to travel with them again.

Wizz is the worst airline in the world, The firm behavior is similar to the Italian mafia, For booking, check in at the desk and not on line that charge 48euro each, the truly that was included in the confirmation is only half way the continuous flight after the connection is not included although ordered together as on flight with one stop,(no direct flight), they asked for another 58euro each, unbelievable behavior of the staff, actually you feel threatened by them, as I said Italian mafia. Last time ever in my life. Keep out of this airline and enjoy your vacation.

Pierwszy raz odbyłam tak pozytywny lot. Uprzejma, świetna załoga. Kapitana lotu W6 1771 z 6.01.2024, pozytywnie zaskoczył wyraźnym kontaktem i ciekawostkami na temat lotu, jak i informacja o zorzy polarnej zachęcając do zobaczenia przez okana. After the flight. Waiting to long to get off the plane

Very very very…… uncomfortable seats /does nor reclain/ and so little space /this was 5:30 hours flight- and quite expensive no longer low cost airline/ 5:30 hours flight and no water or snacks was offered anly very expensive sales.

Was denied to enter the previous plane so couldnt make it to this one

Got rejected to enter the plane because i took calming pills. Im scared of flying and i always take it since 12 years and it was never a problem with other airlines.

Shambolic boarding with ZERO information on why there was a delay. Don't treat customers like sheep. Crew good. Aircraft new. Late departure with minimal information from flight deck.

The flight was 1.30 hour late because of the Police checking 4 passengers. This was not Ryanair fault but was quite ennoying.

Crew was super nice, boarding was fast (all trolleys were asked to be checked in), no entertainment at all, food - well, better if one brings ones own, and, surprisingly, they kept the schedule. This time around - 2 thumbs up.

I liked: Helpful, informative, pleasant crew. Could be Better: Check in. Stowage space General cleanliness especially toilets. Ugh!

It became a standard of this company to delay it's scheduled flights by hours! One to two days in advance, a notice of one hour delay is issued, then - at the airport, another 2 to 3 hours are occurring, at our outbound as well on our incoming flights. Be advised that this is to be expected. Furthermore - do not expect any transparency or explanation or just pure information from the company's reps on location, nor any other compensation or just a coupon for a snack or drink. It's probably just not part of the company's relation with it's clients.

The lady at the check-in got into a complication with the computer and didn't know how to get out of it even though they came several times to help her and direct her until finally the lady from the other position did the check-in. Just before take off they announced a delay that took two whole hours and caused a lot of trouble starting with the fact that we were hungry and they didn't even give us a glass of water (we asked and they said no) I am a sick person who takes medication (diabetes and heart disease). And this delay made me sicker. order a taxi again. after to work. and more

The flight was late with no explanation given to the passengers.

Overall a good experience for a short low cost flight . Boarding and departure was on time, crew was nice, airplane conditions were ok. The Heraklion airport is not convinient at all, especially as it doesn’t have an air conditioner. But this is not related to BlueBird.

I think I will never fly agsin with Blue Bird

The check in was really bad. This was my worst experience as far as i can remember. Very slow without any real reason.

There was a delay on the flight, in addition although there was a delay there was a last boarding sign earlier than the boarding time. So overall - stressed to come quickly to board and then waited a long time and arrived later than planned

I arrived at the airport and the flight did not exist

They find a way to Nickel and dime you in all creative ways. The boarding crew seems to have target collection amount. If you are flying internationally, avoid them at all costs.
