Chairs not comfortable and wearing mask all the time was horrible
Missed our connection due to delayed. Ended up with a replacement flight with connections getting us in really late and annoying..
Virtually empty plane (15 passengers?) Curiously, there were very few seats to choose from when booking? Flight was shorter than expected.

Pros: "I was traveling with my mother who is handicap. The staff did so much to really help her. Although, the staff did everything and I mean everything to help us. TSA was an issue. Plus there was an language barrier."
Cons: "The assistant that they gave us was communicating with the TSA officer in Spanish who did not speak any English. The problem was she was over 75 and she does not have to remove her shoes. Instead of explaining to her what was going on she just took her shoes, which made my mother upset mad."

Cons: "Gate agent spoke so ridiculously fast and swallowed so many sounds that it was virtually impossible to understand most of what he was saying. Most importantly we all missed that our roll-on bags wouldn’t fight in the overhead bins. As a result many people pulled their bags on and fought and struggled to force their luggage above, only to give up. The on-board agents recognized early the problem and then proceeded to allow many other passengers to stroll by them with their large roll-on bags, only to delay the boarding process and frustrate everyone. When making their safety announcement the flight attendant was clearly competing for fastest speaking human and rushed through at blazing speeds. In all my 30+ years of travel, I’ve never heard anything like it."

Crazy American Airlines lady kept yelling at the first two passangers to use blue lane to board, which we were already walking in, pointing to us and repeating herself in a rude manner that made us pause and question ourselves that we were in the right lane! So we got out of the lane only to have 5 passengers cut in front of us. Idiot lady misdirecting passengers. Poorly handled."

Cons: "I take this flight quite a lot. These comments are for this flight (MIA/MSP) - but not necessarily only for this exact flight that I took on 10/1. To be clear - the crew says "this is not AA", it is Republic Airlines". Well, they must think of themselves very poorly. Their food in first class is always changing - oh, I meant only the names for the same exact meal change. "Grilled Chicken with Couscous", "Grilled Chicken with Risotto", etc.. - all cold meals as they do not have an oven/microwave? on the plane. They are charging first class international prices for economy domestic service. For this amount of money, they should have better meals and a more modern airplane. The first class is always freezing (even in summer) while the rear cabin where the crew stays when not working, is hot. So if they make the first class happy with the correct temperature, they cook in the back. I have also observed more people than usual coughing and getting colds - both ways - than any of the other flights I take regularly (over 115,000 miles on AA this year). I would suggest that AA make it clear that Republic must offer better service to their customers - especially for the large airfares they are receiving."

I noticed this kind gesture and noted it to the flight attendant. She told me sometimes folks get upset asking why they did not get the upgrade! It amazes me....I always think if that were my mother how would I want to be treated!!! CUDOS to this Flight attendant....Thank you AA for making this gesture and God Bless you all!"

My upstairs 50B seat viewed directly into the wash room which made sleeping impossible. Food was not good. Overall, this is the weakest Business Class experience of recent memory especially for a newer wide-body aircraft."

Cons: "The flight boarded just fine. Then, about the time we should have been pushing back from the gate, a flight attendant comes on the PA asking for a licensed doctor. Several minutes later, they announce that there's a medical emergency and EMTs are on the way. Said EMT comes down the aisle with a wheelchair. I assume they took that passenger off the back, because they didn't come back by me. We finally leave the gate only to find that the weather we were supposed to get out ahead of had now rolled in, and we're stuck on the taxiway for an hour and a half. Once we finally got airborne, things went well. When we arrived at LAX, we parked in a remote area and had to bus to the terminal. So, while none of this was really anything American could have prevented, it made the flight more of an ordeal."
Cons: "Boarding-we boarded class 9 and had a carry on that was to big so all 3 personnel yelled at me and my husband with my daughter in my arms very loud and disrespectfully " YOU CAN NOT BRING THESE TYPE OF BAGS ON THE PLANE!" Mind you 3 people are saying this while other people were also waiting to board the plane! So I quickly say we do not need 3 people to tell us 1 thing and especially yelling at us like we were kids or criminals because it felt like we must have broke the law the way they treated us! That experience was horrible and ruined my liking for AA"

The check in process was very hectic and slow, then there were two additional check points that were unnecessary. Overall I would think twice about flying in and out of Madrid next time I go to Europe. Iberia was o.k. except for the check -in flight crew were efficient, but not overly friendly.
The flight from Madrid to NYC was operated by American airlines,it took them a while to figure it out that I'm on flight number 095,it was really frustrated and a lot of pressure for me.finally a wonderful lady figure it out and helped me to go on the flight back home to NYC.

When the finally brought drinks, never even asked why the light was on. They also were extremely unfriendly because our incoming flight from Malaga was late . All 4 pieces of luggage missed the flight and in NYC we had to ask for robes to sleep in and tooth brushes. we felt horrible flying the next day. Three pieces of luggage came 2 days later that we had to go back to airport to get. The fourth was delivered one week later with only 3 wheels!"

Pros: "I had a good experience purchasing my El Al ticket through Kayak. I was able to select my seat--exit row seats at no extra cost! (although the ticket was admittedly expensive). El Al itself was fine. Service was fine. Food was fine for airplane food. (The bread was actually good, much better than the food on America airlines in general). El Al is known for their tight security and we certainly experienced that. However, I found myself NOT annoyed by it. Because I and my traveling partner were not Jewish or Israeli, we were singled out and interrogated with extra questions. This doesn't sound good but it meant we didn't have to wait in the regular line and kind of got the VIP treatment. We were treated very nicely. Someone went out of their way to get us a seat while we waited for them to inspect the dust particle samples on our wallet and shoes. TSA makes my blood boil but the security through El Al was somehow a pleasant experience. Overall, I was satisfied."

Cons: "other than the pilot doing his job, the experience of flying on this flight (operated by Arkia) wasn't up to any basic standards. this began when the boarding started - we were escorted to our busses which was to take us to the plane itself. however there was no bus. apparently the bus was right around the corner but its perfectly aligned stop near the doors was hindered by a truck that took about a third of the spot. so for some reason instead of simply allowing passengers to walk 3 meters, we had to stand in a small inclosed area for about 15 min with no seats for the older people. once we actually boarded it was chaos. people stuffed their luggage in the overheads in such a way that they didn't close, couldn't find their seats and we're stuck in the isle waiting for others to find a place for their luggage. this happens, sure, but there was no staff in sight to assist and instead they were on the microphone telling people to clear the isle and sit down, like we're on a bus... why not have people board the plane in groups and areas? the bus did two rounds of bringing people to the plane anyway, why not do this smartly and devide passengers into boarding groups, for our and the staffs ease? Finally everyone were in their seats and the plane took off. this is a very short flight of 45 min. and I understand it's a low cost company but during almost half of the flight you just hear the staff on the speakers reading out commercials, offering to buy cigarettes and whatever, telling how they have the best prices(!). finally we land, and instead of requesting everybody remain in their seats until the doors open, like the staff does on every single flight I've ever been on in my life, the guy on the mic says some stupid joke. TLDR : the whole flight felt like it was operated and staffed by teenagers, and not the responsible and bright kind. I am very happy we arrived safe because the staff made me doubt the pilots abilities as well. nothing to say about the passengers, they're israeli so anyone who has flown with them know what it feels like. just put your headphones in, it'll be over soon."

Once at the areport in chengdu ( after a flight from Tel Aviv to Beijing and Beijing to chengdu) I was told that my flight to Sydney was leaving on 11 January. I had to stay in chengdu for an extra 26 hours and not 2 hours 40 as it was clearly mentioned on the ticket I have purchased. I feel I was cheated and I am not satisfied"

Cons: "el al changed the aircraft at the last minute. check in and boarding were very late, slow and stressfull, as they kept kicking people out of the flight beacuase the aircraft was smaller."
Cons: "My flight was operated by American Airlines but it wasn't clear to me on the e-ticket so I went to elal terminal. By the time elal staff realized I wasn't on that flight it was too late to get to AA so I missed my flight"
Cons: "Plane left late and arrived late. As a result we missed our connecting flight and, because of the impending typhoon in Hong Kong, had to be rerouted via Auckland on Air New Zealand. As a result it took us an extra 24 hours to get home."
Cons: "Food was horrible and was down to one option by the time the crew got to the back of the plane. Security for this airline is ridiculous and the staff are incredibly rude."
Cons: "Everything. Especially that kayak haven't mention for one time that the flight include nothing. I had to pay 400$ More than the price showed me on kayak website. In addition, you realize it on the moment you doing check in. I mean 24 hours before the flight. I'm ordering from kayak everyone of my trips, and this one was definitely the last time. Including El Al which is the shitty company I ever flight with. BE AWARE!!!!!!"
Pros: "Very bad pre flight service...it took us 5 hours to get their service department on the phone...as it turns out...me and my husband didnt get a sit next to eachother because picking sits in el al flights is now cost extra 10$ per passanger!! At the end we were sitted togther and even been upgreated..but boy..what a bad expiriance !!! And i expect the flight back will be a strugle too..."
Cons: "when buying with Kayak, one can not order a seat in the airplane. the flight was full and i had to wait until every body boarded the plane. i waited 2 hours for it. it would be nice if you can send a link to the official site to choose a seat or a reminder to do so 2 days before the flight. thank you"
Cons: "Elal changed the airplane to a tiny plane run by some charter company. The seats were tiny. No legs pace and the next passenger had half his body on me. El-Al is complete disgrace and I hope never to fly with them again, which is a shame, since I am from Israel. In any case, I paid full price, and received something worse than I would expect from any low-cost company. El-Al should be ashamed."
Cons: "We got to Barcelona about an hour before the flight to Charlotte. There were 50 of us. They put us on a bus took us to the plane had us wait on the bus for an hour. Told us we couldn't get on the plane and we needed to get new tickets. It took 4 hours to get our backs and new tickets and the customer service was terrible they didn't want to help us."
Pros: "El Al, flight that is secured well Flight officer shared during the flight few tips about berlin."
Cons: "Flight was on Terminal 1, old and with mess and queues that are not organized. El Al Fly web site is horrible, can register well, lot of mistakes, at the end had to call few time. Had to add 160$! For 2 suitcases and seat arrangements (seat near my wif), so this is not low cost flight at the end. Missing water and small snacks during the flight."
Pros: "Was a very bad and negative experience. I fly btw Israel and NYC about 5 times a year, I will not fly again with El Al because of the terrible service and lack or respect for a plane full of 200+ customers."
Cons: "Plane left Ben gurion 7 hours late. No apologies offered. Zero customer service. No snacks or food or even smallest attempt made to improve the experience. Pathetic and dumb way to treat paying customers."

Cons: "The lights above our seats and the screens did not work at all during the flight. The screens were not such a problem as the stewardess gave us ipads, but the non working lights were very frustrating."
