Pros: "Flight was half full, had the whole row to lie down and sleep in economy class, so had a really comfortable flight"
Cons: "This company í overrated. Obvious lack of organization in the boarding process that led to a late departure. Not a sympathetic crew, which had to be reminded the protocols (upright seats before take off) while being inflexible on other things. Chaotic food service. Average entertainment."

There was a VIP lounge at around Gate 4, why was I not given access to that one? As it was I almost missed my flight because of the one mile scramble from the VIP lounge."

Cons: "What other snack options available other than Ramen Noodles. Maybe a low carb option is needed. There are some noodles made from soy products and these will be low carbohydrate. Seats in economy are ok for short people. All airlines should designate an infant seating area close to toilets. This way all infants will be restricted to these seats and the noise pollution in the aircraft is restricted to a small section of the ship.these seats can be specially configured to either seat a no rmal adult or a fast attachments for a baby carrier."

Cons: "We did not like that to use Internet we had to pay an extra fee. We did not care for the food. We were not impressed with the cleanliness of the aircraft. We did not like that the bathrooms ran out of water to wash our hands. We did not like that flight attendants handled and served food with no water on the flight to wash their hands. Most flight attendants were unfriendly. The one gentleman that served us was pleasant. We really did not like that between the food service we saw virtually no flight attendants other than those sleeping in the area at the back of the plane. We did not like that we could not understand the announcements made. We did not like the fact that passengers were not reprimanded upon landing for using electrical devices and laptop computers even though an announcement had been made to turn all devices off and put them away. Once announcement was made not one flight attendant said anything to those people around us who did not follow the request. We did not appreciate the uncomfortable seats."

Once the boarding sign went on and all passengers gathered in line, we were left waiting standing up for almost an hour because there was a delay.
It would be nice to have vegan options for meals. The entertainment was not working on the the way to Austria. It was only available near the end of flight to Canada. The service was excellent.
Flight was delayed by approx 1 hour. The boarding process and the flight itself were very good, slightly tight squeeze for my legs but overall happy.
The business class layout on this plane is tightly packed and atrocious with no sense of privacy.

Originally allowed one carry on and one personal bag. Now you have to purchase priority to take both"
