I bought Business class ticket but they treated me like economic class. No lounge allowed at check inn I have to take stuff out while other passengers have more than 25 lb in bag. Because I bought tickets from other than airlines . It’s discriminations from airlines to passengers.

Pros: "Crew was very good and helped whenever it was needed"
Pros: "Checking-in was super simple, and speedy. All the staff I had contact with were very polite and professional"
Cons: "I had exhausted the entertainment system before I finished my first leg of the outbound journey."

Cons: "the main meal was good, but it didn't come with much more. It didn't have water, dessert, or a side dish, it only came with the main meal, a piece of bread, and butter. The chair was not that comfortable, I've had a better sleep on other airlines for the same flight."

Pros: "Excellent service with very friendly staff. Everything ran so smoothly. For such a large aircraft I expected to have to queue up for boarding and exiting. No queuing, everything was so coordinated."

Cons: "The flight attendances were rude. Lot of mosquitoes inside the aircraft. Mosquitoes were every where. The aircraft were dirty and did not clean. under the seat trash, passenger food table was dirty, I had to ask crew member for napkin to clean. I would not recommend any one to take emirates. certainly i would not fly emirates again."

The staff were excellent considering it was a jam packed flight. We had to wait nearly an hour for our baggage to appear on the carousel. That was a real shame.
Pros: "Can i request for a food that us not pork? I don't eat pork nor shrimp, i will be traveling on the 5th of January again and i don't want that we will be starving again for the second time since last time we never eat for they don't have anything substitute for pork. Hope they will serve some chicken or beef for not everyone will eat pork and to starve while on the plane is not acceptable for we paid for it. Thanks"

Pros: "BC middles seats are good for couples and one of the better laid out BC’s. Service was good but maybe not as JAL, ANA, or SQ."

On the flight back the seats where very uncomfortable, they where so bad that my back started to hurt after the first 2 hours. I can sit in a wooden chair for 2 hours. But these where just horrible, it just shows how cheap the airline has become. And the cabin was heated all those people in a heated cabin during a night flight. It was clear the climate control was not working. To top that off you are not even offered a glass of water, these people are animals.
Severely delayed with no notice. Could have arrived at the airport hours later had we been informed of the delay
It would be nice to have vegan options for meals. The entertainment was not working on the the way to Austria. It was only available near the end of flight to Canada. The service was excellent.
Flight was delayed by approx 1 hour. The boarding process and the flight itself were very good, slightly tight squeeze for my legs but overall happy.
The business class layout on this plane is tightly packed and atrocious with no sense of privacy.
Flight was meant to leave at 8:30pm but there was a 2 hour delay 😞

Cons: "Both times into Rome we had to wait on the tarmac for stairs. Either get more stairs or book fewer flights. The planes get hot in July while you wait endlessly on stairs."
A normal Ryanair flight = too many announcements to sale something, hard landing. Otherwise, good value for money
Pros: "Crew were very caring. What amazed me from a proposed flight of 1hr 20, was to and from Dublin a flight time of 50mins. Very good."
Cons: "Going with one airline and coming back with Ryanair meant I could only get my boarding pass 2days before flight, rather than the beginning of the whole trip. I tried 6x's on my mph to no avail, day before, got it on a desktop on last day."

Cons: "I arrived early per their suggestion and was one of the first few people in line for baggage check in. I was told boarding passes were not free, they charge a fee but she would not do it right there. She sent me off to another window to pay, then I had to come back to this window to get my boarding pass, which had a huge line by that time. It cost me an extra 68.20€ and another 31€ for a checked bag. Definitely NOT the low cost airline they claim to be! The flight may be reasonable but they get you with ridiculous fees. I will never take Ryan Air again- they are crooks! Once they’ve sold you a ticket you are stuck having to pay the fees. It’s cagey business practices."
Cons: "A horrible airline. They charge you for everything, you have to pay a checked baggage fee for both ways. I bought a round trip ticket, if I'm bringing luggage, I'm going to want to bring that luggage back with me. You have to pay if you have more than one cabin bag, everyone boards at the same time, the plane is cramped and old. The landing was just us slamming into the runway. I can't tell you about the staff because I never saw anyone that worked there"

Cons: "During the time of boating there were two people who were randomly checking the passengers and having them weigh their cabin baggage and carryon bags. In my case I had some extra weight in my bags since I was carrying my work laptop and personal laptop with me. They didn't let me board until I talk to Manager. I wanted to file a complaint regarding it. Both my checking bags had less then 23Kg. No one at the checking told me to weigh my carryon bags. If they would have told me at that time I could have transferred my stuff. This was first and last time I was flying from Air India. I will tell all my friends and family members not to fly with Air India. TV monitor was not working in my whole flight. Even the next seat passenger had the same issues. My seat no was 37D Hope these issues will be resolved for future customers. Pradeep Bhatia"
