The crew, the flight boarding perfect. It was a nn EL AL plane, but it was OK but inside it was a zoo.
Passengers would not take their assigned seats. Discussed with the crew, which led to 30 minutes delay before take off. During the flight many people were standing in the aisle, chatting to each other, shouting through the airplane. It was such an unpleasant flight!
Pros: "The service and the smiles of the team. Very professional pilot."
Cons: "The food...very bad."
Pros: "Crew was polite and courteous. Flight arrived on time despite late takeoff."
Cons: "Reading light and entertainment system did not work the entire flight despite repeating attempts from crew to restart system. This is a 12 hour flight and with out overhead light and / or entertainment, one cannot do much. Could have been good also if there was wifi, like other airlines have."

Cons: "The plane was falling apart and there was no Ac. Dirty plane too. I was surprised how poor it was."
Cons: "Regular El Al tickets to Europe include bringing a suitcase. Their website says that "Lite" tickets are charged extra for bringing a suitcase. At the airport I was told that my ticket was "Lite" even though there was no hint of that on the ticket. As a result I had to pay an extra $220 dollars."

Cons: "The personnel responsible for accompanying me on wheelchair didn’t want take me to the car in parking lot. He just dropped me at airport exit."

The team of flight attendants assigned to Economy class were very attentive. They assisted my disabled husband with the use of an aisle chair so that he could go to the bathroom. They were respectful and patient with him when it took awhile for him to finish. After the flight we went to the ER and he had a bladder infection.
Staff are attentive, pleasant and responsive. Food was wonderful. Wish that we didn’t have to board buses to get to the plane in Rome but went smoothly. Flight was very smooth but ITA can’t control weather. Left late but got there almost on time. Great flight.
A lot of things could have been better. They lost our luggage. We missed our connection from YVR to Naples when we arrived in Zurich and then we got re-routed to Rome and then Naples. We eventually got to Naples but our bags didn’t. Our experience at the lost luggage in the Naples was not at all reassuring. They didn’t seem that interested in our problem. I did a live chat with Swiss customer service and all they could do is tell me to follow the process. Meanwhile we’ve had to spend significant money on clothes and I have to replace medications. This has meant our trip so far has been totally different than what we had planned. It’s not clear that our baggage will ever show up which means we will have lost significant amount of clothing and other things and our two month trip to Europe will have more problems than good memories. So far we are not happy.
Not a very modern plane with no entertainment and a sandwich and juice served on board.
the customs line was total chaos. staff were exceptionally rude. was almost late for flight because I was directed to two different lines. once I finally got on the plane it was great. Great choice of movies and games. Staff was nice. the food could be better but I'm happy I was fed. exiting was easy.
Terrible. Flight was cancelled with less than 10 hours notice. They added an extra flight to the itinerary and separated our weats which I specifically had already paid to have together.
Flight was missed due to delayed departure from Rome Luggage lost on Rome.
Missed connecting flight because flight out of Rome was delayed. Had to rent car to final destination. Luggage was lost from Rome. Delta is blaming Ita Airlines and Ita Airlines is blaming. And as of right know neither airline wants to be responsible for our luggage or refund or missed flight. Will not book trips through third party companies such as Kayak again.
Terrible service, uninterested employees, inefficient boarding process, and marginal set up on plane. Staff make the airline - good luck with this one.
Never went to Rome's airport and it was beautiful!!
Very aggressive clerk at the boarding gate. Forcing people to pay for baggage’s that actually fit into their small cage

Cons: "You must check in few hours before the flight. Checking in at the airport will cost you 35€. Besides that, the boarding took almost 40min and the seats are not comfy at all. That said, i would rather pay extra $50 and fly with normal company."
Pros: "Extra legroom seats are a godsend (but that's applicable to any airline, not just Wizzair, although they do seem to have a few more of these than other airlines - low cost or not). Also, despite a 35 min. initial delay, we eventually landed only 15 min. later than the scheduled time."
Cons: "The boarding process at Gatwick was disastrous. There were only 2 agents, none of which spoke proper English. Also, one of them was busy checking each individual carry-on bag with unnecessary extra scrutiny, only to provide customers to the second agent, which was taking the payments for extra bags."

Pros: "I think some of the issues were passenger related, and passengers not listening to the crew. So it wasn't so much I liked it but some of the crew's attitudes were warranted based on the passengers."
Cons: "We were loaded onto the bus to take us to the plane and then stood on the bus for 45 minutes! Then were delayed even longer. With zero explanation the entire time. Additionally having to pay for even water is a bit much, especially when I came prepared, but drank more because it was hot on the bus."

Cons: "The flight was delayed by an hour which meant we missed a connecting bus journey. The space in the seat is very limited and cramped, I was very uncomfortable in the chair with my knees pushed into the back of the seat in front. I am 6ft 1in which is tall but not that tall. Anyone taller might not be able to get into the seat at all. There was a problem with the website so we couldn't check in online and we had tried to change our flight a few days earlier but the website again didn't work, we tried to call a call centre whose number was on there, didn't work."

Cons: "Ryan air has a paid checkin policy that we were not aware of. It was not written properly in the tickets or in any checkin prompts. Since we were traveling I couldn’t check in online. So reached the airport very early but they charged me to check in, that too a ridiculous amount of 100$. The crew was generally rude and non welcoming. The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated"

Cons: "Very disappointed with Ryanair and lack of communication from kayak regarding the checking in process. This was our first time to Europe and we booked a last minute trip to Dublin. We arrived at the airport 3 hours in advance to check in and allow time for navigation. We waited in line for an hour only to know that we were either supposed to check in online or upstairs at the airport. We had 4 minutes to check in when we got to the front desk. Staff was incredibly useless and did not assist whatsoever. We had to logon the airport WiFi and watch the video then missed the checkin by 1 minute. This is absolutely unacceptable. We were then directed to another service department for a 55 pound charge each! Which was the same as our original flight. I did not receive any notification email to check in ahead of time. This was a very stressful time for my traveling partner and I and do not feel obliged to be paying the consequences given the circumstances. I am hoping kayak will honor us as loyal customers and reimburse us for these unforseeabke fees. This would be greatly appreciated. I can provide receipt and documentation if needed. Thanks"

Pros: "On time flights. Friendly and efficient ground and flight crews. Great BASIC no frills transportation. Do you really need a meal or entertainment on a 1 hour flight from Lima to Cusco? They did have beverage and snack service."
Cons: "Nothing. Neither we or our friends who flew separately had any issues at all on either the outbound or return trips. The planes did appear to be older but seating was newer."
