Cons: "As our first flight got delayed, me and 28 other pallengers flying to israel told the airline agents that we would miss our connection flightfrom turkey to israel. The supervisor assured us that we have nothing to worry about, as the second plane would wait as we are many passengers.however when we landed in turkey the connection flight had already left without us. When trying to speak to turkish airline representatives about getting a new flight, they were super UNhelpful, we waited in very long lines and were required so go to a few different parts of the airport to get a new ticket, a process that was not friendly at all and very frustrating. After about 2 hours of waiting on lines, i got a flight that required me to wait 7 hours in the airport and measley voucher for a very small fast food meal. When i asked to be admitted to the lounge (as i waited 7 hours in the airport due to the airlines mistake), they did not agree to grant me access. When i asked to at least get the wifi code from the lounge so i can tell my familly that i am stuck on turkey, this was also rejected. While waiting in the airport, i spoke to many other people on other flights who had been stuck in the airport under very simillar circumstances, some even worse than mine. I also have many friends who have experiences simillar experiences with turkish airlines. If you are looking for a reliable flight, that will get you to your destination on time and will help you out when a problem occurs, Turkish airlines is deffinetelly NOT the flight for you. I personally will never fly with them again after the way i was treated."

Cons: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."

If this were not enough, the airline also lost one of our bags so this week we have to file for compensation for both begin downgraded and for the contents of our 30 kilo bag which never made it to Ho Chi Minh. Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"

I decided to have them move me to a seat with a working entertainment system, which were available and they'd offered, but never happened.) When I got home, I discovered the gift I purchased with in-flight credit and my own money wasn't the one I'd requested from Duty Free catalog so now I have to figure out how to solve this problem. (COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT.) Premium exit row seat was narrow, due to in-seat tray table & entertainment system, but seatbelt mounts and thinly padded seat made it even more uncomfortable on a long flight."

We were one of the first people at the departure lounge, and one of the the last to board."

Cons: "There was no real food except for purchase, and the flight attendants went so quickly through the aisles I couldn't even catch their attention. The flight was 45 minutes late and the departure kept creeping up in 10 minute increments before it finally just said "delayed. I would have liked entertainment on the flight. I was in a row with 3 seats filled and then there were other rows completely empty. So the seat selection was not accurate at all."

Cons: "Initially the entertainment system was not working. The crew was notified that screens are not working, so they rebooted it once. After some time, my and my daughters screens were still not working. We used call button to get crews attention. However, no one was paying attention to the lights. At some point there were 8 blue lights on throughout our cabin calling for assistance. I got attention by waving my hand and asking for help. I told 3 different times re my screen. They stated that they just rebooted the system and it will be working soon. My next seat neighbors were hour into their movies. No one did come back and check if I'm Ok if problem got resolved. Then they were even ignoring us and not offering drinks at this point. I felt like I got punished for asking for help. That's when I asked for crew person in charge. She was kind and offered to move to economy plus. We did move for majority of the flight. Enjoyed entertainment. However, when there was 1.5 h left of our trip, they woke us up and asked to move back to our seats since the meal plans are upgraded in this section. I was shocked, somewhat embarrassed to move back. I felt like a person that likes to cause trouble/ complainer being punished. Since we purchased full price ticket like everyone, we should be able to enjoy it like everyone. Airline should compensate clients, if there's issue with airplane. Flight to LT was good, however going home was extremely unnecessarily stressful. I'll try my best NOT to fly LOT in the future."

Cons: "Service was, surprisingly, not so good (this is my second time with Norwegian). My son was sleeping and I pressed the call button to get some help form cabin crew. They turned it off. I pressed it again, a girl came and I explained I need help - to get my trolley from the overhead bin so I can take a blanket for my son, cos it was cold and he was sleeping, I couldn’t move. She asked me “Is your bag heavy?”. What kind of help is that?She after all got the bag, but I was a cabin crew, and I would never tell that to a passenger needing help with a small child. Also, no one is checking if passenger with children are ok."

Cons: "Lack of clarity about baggage charges. I had to pay 93$ to check my single bag. It was not well explained that paying for the bag online was going to be cheaper. Felt like a scam."

Pros: "Very friendly staff. Very accommodating. Had a delay of 1 1/2 hours (it happens). Lounge was awesome. Long line to get in waiting area to board. Was very crowded in the room right before boarding."
Cons: "Somehow I got gluten free meals when only my wife should have. The crew helped us through this though as best as they could."

Cons: "The seats are wider than coach and you have more leg room but they aren't very comfortable. No back support and I felt like I was always sliding off my seat. My footrest didn't work properly, and my husband's didn't work at all on the flight to Norway. The food was limited and really bad. In fact, my husband got sick from the chicken he ate, and the steak I got was like a grey eraser. I took one bite and threw the rest away. They didn't have enough food to offer me something else (remember, this is premium economy), and the flight attendant was irritated and short with me. They don't have any pillows on the flight and the "blanket" they give you is basically a sheet folded in two sewn together, and doesn't keep you warm at all. I felt like I was on a discount airline, but I didn't get the discount! I will not fly with Norwegian again."

Pillows, blankets, earphones, eye masks, toothbrush and paste. A couple of meals and a couple of snacks. Free drinks which they must have come by 8 times during the flight. Those flight attendants were working most of the flight and were very friendly. No so with your company."

I was the window seat so I politely waited for the people next to me to finish eating their meals before I asked them to get up. I went to the back of the plane and told the flight attendant. They apologized and said I was supposed to get one. They kindly allowed me to order snacks for free off of their menu. However, when the second meal came around, I was skipped again. I then had to alert the flight attendant again. I was surprised that they would forget my meal a second time."

Pros: "I always feel the plane itself is newer than other companies. The batcheooms seem bigger which is nice."
Cons: "I can never figure out if I am getting food or not. My ticket said light & tasty meal and when I tried searching for this on the Norwegian site all I could find is that I could purchase a meal on board or in advance. So of course I brought my own snacks on board and was surprised when the staff said they had prepared a meal for me. This really needs to be more clear. I'm tired of wasting money or food. I also had seen all of the movies already so I wish there was a bigger selection."

Pros: "We boarded and then sat due to computer issues for am hpur and a half. I was okay with this as safety is obviously what we all put first. Upon landing at JFK we then sat on the tarmac for 3 hours... 3 hours! JFK should be ashamed."

I had conflicting information from online and a Norwegian employee working on a different flight (and no info from the airport). A fellow passenger somehow found out the plane we had departed an hour late to get to us."
