Very delayed. Plus lack of entertainment on board. Crew members were very nice

Cons: "I had a carry-on bag, no problem on the flight from Madrid to Athens; but on the return trip they weighed the bags of some passengers, and when mine was over the limit -- which, however, was not indicated in the baggage restrictions -- they charged me 60 euros and I had to check it right there."
Pros: "This leg of the flight we were pleased with after buying another ticket to Athens."

Cons: "Absolutely worst leg room of any airlines I have ever been on. My knees were jammed against the seat in front of me. It was the most uncomfortable I have ever been on a commercial airplane. Had it not been for this I would have given the airline an excellent review."
Economical flight. Good for the price. Direct destination, no stopovers. No USB ports for mobile charging. No movies or tv onboard.

Pros: "I think some of the issues were passenger related, and passengers not listening to the crew. So it wasn't so much I liked it but some of the crew's attitudes were warranted based on the passengers."
Cons: "We were loaded onto the bus to take us to the plane and then stood on the bus for 45 minutes! Then were delayed even longer. With zero explanation the entire time. Additionally having to pay for even water is a bit much, especially when I came prepared, but drank more because it was hot on the bus."
Cons: "Staff could of been friendlier. They would not give me a cup of water and said i had to buy a bottle."
Cons: "I had priority and my partner who did not was on plane first! My suitcase was miles away from me (what caused delays on getting out) because next to my seat was not empty slots! After the bus took us to plane crew did not allowed us to use rare entrance (I was seat 37!)! That was chaos!"

Cons: "Flight left vaguely late, air stewardess disappeared into the cockpit for 50 minutes. Hmm, I wonder what she was doing in the cockpit. Whatever she was doing she wasn’t helping the cart so I only got my food 20 mins before landing approach. Air pressure was weird too, nice American lady next to me had problems with her ears more than usual."
Cons: "Did not fly. They wanted $100 to check my bag. I flew another airline."
Pros: "Got me to where I was going and the airline stewards were polite and helpful."
Cons: "Like all budget airlines, Wizzair has low fares and anything else is a nickel and dime game. When did a cup of coffee cost anything? Is this the norm? I would not know. I travel with a musical instrument (guitar) in a soft case. Easily fits in overhead bin compartments. The airline would not allow me to carry it on (only recourse was to purchase a second seat for it). I was forced to pay a baggage fee (around $70 u.s.dollars). For what? To pray it doesn't come back to me damaged? To their credit, it did not..."
Cons: "You have to inform the customers, that company needs you to have a visa"

The close the front toilet this is not good . They arive not on time is been delay the dont clean the plain . Poor

The flight was smooth, the crew were pleasant, This plain had a reclining seats which made the flight comfortable

Cons: "Hello, After I ordered this flight it was canceled by Israir airlines. I was ordering with another company (TK), and I thought that’s my order with Kayak canceled. A few days before the schedule the flights back and my company made a new reservation for me. When I got to airport i understood that I have two reservations, which it’s mean that we payed twice. I don’t know if you can do something about it, but I expect that you will make an effort to give me my money back. Thanks, Itzhak Ashkenazi"

Cons: "After the purchase via Kayak I found that the Israir site sell that flight fir $100 less. I consider it a fraud. While chat with Kayak (actually, Priceless) staff was easy, communication withIsrair was terrible. Until the check-in in the airport I didn't know whether the price includes sending a checked bag. Nobody was able to tell me this. Moreover, Priceless representative triet to convince me that the price doesn't include checked bag, while it did. So, I would find myself traveling with carry-on only, and that's unjustified. There is no possibility to do onlibe check-in."
