Cons: "Hi, We've booked the flight using Kayak, with VAYAMA agency. It was clearly stated in the e-ticket that we were allowed a baggage of 23KG piece for our infant baby. (it was a lap-ticket, no seat) When we arrived at the check-in counter, they said that because it was a lap ticket, we are allowed only a baggage of 10KG piece. We were delayed at the checkin counter with a baby in our hands, and humiliated (as people in the line behind us started to get nervous). I'm definitely gonna write a mail to VAYAMA agency. And I'm extremely disappointed. At the end, after maybe 20 minutes (which seems like forever) they let us check in the baggage we had."

I requested a special meal 2 weeks ahead of my flight. It was impossible to find a way to do this on the website so I filled out the request form and today (the day after my flight) I receive an email that you are working on my request. While the crew was nice and apologized I think there should be an easier way to request a meal. Please review your website. It is not clear how to go about requesting a special meal. The rest was ok. Had to do an all out sprint to the gate since the 50 min layover was not enough to get to the different terminal in Madrid to my connecting flight. I went straight there. No bathroom stop or time to refill my water bottle. Not sure how less mobile passengers would cover this distance in 35 min before the gate closes, especially when also having to show Covid test etc. at the Gate. American Airlines could also do better on sustainability. What’s with all the single use plastic? Other airlines are able to provide silverware and reusable cups. Why can’t you?

My bags did not arrive on the carousel, either did anyone else’s that had been bumped. We walked up to the check in desk only to be told to consult the baggage service desk downstairs. Upon doing that we were told to go back to the check in desk. After going to the check in desk again we were told to go to the customer service desk. After doing that and waiting another half hour, we were given new tickets and told that our baggage had left on our original flight and would be waiting for us in Barcelona once we got there. Our compensation for all of this hassle was only a free meal from the restaurant. When we went to the restaurant we were told that we were only allowed one of the cold sandwiches and a small drink. Absolutely appalling as we were starving and exhausted. All of the flights were also delayed, however all the boards continued to say they were ‘on time’. The board for the flight we eventually took said we were ‘on time’ despite the fact we were still standing at the gate at the time we were supposed to depart. After arriving on a flight 5 hours later than we should have arrived, We were then told by the baggage desk that the luggage had not arrived in Barcelona and were instead back in Paris. So the staff in Paris blatantly lied just to get us to leave them alone. No apology was offered at any point of this whole ordeal, no compensation other than a sandwich and a bottle of water, and i’m now left with absolutely nothing but the clothes on my back. Not even a complimentary toothbrush which has been given to me along with toiletries and a t-shirt the last time my bags were delayed. Absolutely appalling from all aspects of this whole company. I am sorry to say I’ve already booked my return flight, however after that flight I am never flying Vuelig again!"

They re-booked us for another flight that had a connection but it kept getting delayed so they made us re-check our luggage 3 separate times. When we finally made it to the connecting city (Barcelona) that next flight was delayed from 9 pm departure to 11 pm to midnight and then to 2:30 AM with no confirmation that the flight would actually take-off. There was no one that could offer us help or give us answers as to what was going on, all employees were very vague and kept telling us they couldn't tell us anything. We spent 14 hours that day in the airport for a flight that should have taken 1.5 hours. They gave us 6 euros each as compensation and that was it. To put in a complaint to get your money back is very difficult. Their website is often down and they make the form very specific online so that if you type something in lowercase letters it won't go through. I will never fly them again and strongly suggest you don't either."

They also said they could not fly us to Barcelona because all the hotels there were full occupancy (sounds absurd). Only after we insisted on flying to Barcelona we discovered that the flight to Tel Aviv took place as usual. To this day, I do not know why an airline needs to lie in such an ugly way. Note that this was not a misunderstanding or language difficulties. The English of the airline team and mine is excellent. This behavior is dismissive, irresponsible, and embarrassing"

The staff lied to us and wanted to keep us in Granada - they lied and said that our flight to Tel-Aviv from Barcelona was cancelled and that we need to stay another night in Granada and fly the next day. After we insisted on flying to Barcelone anyway (although they said they would not take care of us and all hotels in the city are full because of the weather conditions [which was a lie - it's summer and the weather was fine]). When we got to Barcelone we saw that our flight to Tel-Aviv was not cancelled! We only had 30 min because the previous flight was delayed in 2 hours so we ran and went on the plane. Of course our luggage did not arrive...."
