Crew was helpful; food was horrible AND expensive; they had us wait on the tarmac on a bus for nearly 30 minutes; the flight departed more than 90 minutes late and weather was NOT an issue. Miserable really, but at least my luggage arrived and we didn’t die - could have been worse I guess.

The staff is super nice and happily works with everyone in need of something. Prepare to have cash in Euro on you to buy drinks and food.

Here’s the truth / I paid $29 for a flight that lasted 45 minutes - so the experience was short on the plane and the expectations I had, given the price tag, were humble. However the airline was comprised of professional and courteous people. Long on smiles, short on legroom on the Boeing 737-800 - but what else would one expect? Nicely done to the folks at SunExpress.

It was really hot whole the time during the flight

Ticketing was a nightmare! Did the online check in never to receive email tickets and upon arrival at the airport, long lines taking an hour to get your boarding passes then running though security to the gate. The web site was not working, overall We could have missed our flight.

The procedure didn't seem to delay the flight, but just seemed a little pointless and a waste of effort. Thankfully there wasn't anything found or any other cause for alarm, but it just seemed odd."

To top it off, the plane sat on the tarmac for 40 minutes and we just about missed our connection. Dirty plane too, gum stains on carpet and dirty seats. Will not fly with these clowns again."

You have to pay now and you can take it up with the airline later." This will be a pain in the neck."

We explained at the checkpoint that we had a few minutes, but they controlled us several times until we had to throw several liquid items. My russian visa is in the passport and updated and quite visible to see on the third page of my passport and being from Grenada I am able to travel to latvia visa free for up to 90 days. I stood there whilst others walked past me and went to the aircraft. that sucked. may 09 2017 at around 9 am."

I said, no you must be mistaken, there is no way you can charge me for two trips just because your plane is making a stop! They insisted and rather than fight and get thrown out of the airport i am disputing with my credit card company, but it can't possibly be legal. $690.00 fees !"

The passenger behind me was difficult the entire flight and kept hoisting himself up using my seat so it was hard to sleep the entire flight. Cons: "The purser (Vinnie, who had been serving up doubles and high fives) arrived and told me that it was unlimited drinks in the premium cabin and there was nothing that he could do about that, and that they had cut him off after he started antagonizing me. I asked why it was that he would knowingly supply a passenger with over ten drinks, jeopardizing the wellbeing of other passengers, and he again responded that it was unlimited drinks in the premium cabin. The younger female flight attendant then told me that the cops would be waiting for the passenger on arrival - when in fact, the port police department was never notified, nor was the Norwegian station manager at JFK. I then spoke with a great guy by the name of David and asked him to take me to the back of the plane. The only seat available was the middle seat in row 28, so i spent the last hour and a half in the back of the coach cabin. About 30 minutes before arrival, Vinnie came to me and asked "so what exactly happened?" claiming that he would have to submit a report. I had already explained to him and several other flight attendants what had happened and they had seen and heard for themselves. Again, I was told that Vinnie never mentioned any of this to the JFK station. On arrival, I waited patiently with all the other passengers, collected my carryon from David and exited the plane - there was no one from Norwegian ground staff or from the port police department. The assailants name is Jaramye Daniels. I am concerned about your in flight staff's lack of response regarding this encounter, especially given the fact that it occurred on the anniversary of 9/11. Public intoxication and assault are criminal acts and should be dealt with accordingly."

Cons: "My young daughter was denied a ticketed seat on an 11:30 Norwegian air flight to Oslo, being told that her 10:33 arrival at the gate -- due to multiple protracted delays on earlier connecting flights to get her to the gate -- made her "too late" and the computers would not permit the gate agent to get her on board no matter how much extra she was willing to pay. She was simply told to get the next flight 24 hours later, killing 15% of her vacation. The gate agent said to my hysterical child that she was so sorry for the hours lost in prior connecting flight delays and recognized the plane my daughter was to be on was still one hour from pushback from the gate, but she couldn't overcome the computers having closed out the flight at precisely 60 minutes before scheduled departure so there was nothing a human could do. This is the epitome of machines gone crazy!!"

there was a delay for over 3 hours due to fog this is toatly acceptable, beacause of flight safety but since the fog was not unknown why we were boarded and than had to wait on plane without option to go back to the terminal the boarding was on foot so there was cnot supposed to be a big problem to get back and than reboard

We called the staff and after all we had to pay 100 euro to the counter to print the correct bourding passes and then to rush to the aircraft. Check in process approved our luggage for hand cary as we paid for it in advance. In the gate they suddenly decided the luggage was 1 cm larger then agreed, refused to bring a measurement tape and charged us 50 Euro in addition to send the luggae in the plane rather than hand carry. Need less to say that in the flight to Rome our luggage was approved for hand carry so clearly Rome staff were into making money.. Planes were late to take off and 1 hour late to land (that from a total of a 3 hour flight ) although not announced . In summary ground staff experience was awaful and made us decide to not fly with Ryanair air again"

More on that we did a mistake and did not purchase luggage for the way back, when we went to the desk to buy it (after standing more than 2 hours in the check in), we were told to pay 40 euros, where the price is 23 if paid online. we asked to talk to a manager and get the regular price for the suitcase, the cashier said "no problem i can call him, but then you will miss the flight..." and in the meantime there were still lots of people in the check in line... The service is very slow and not pleasant, and the crew always give you the feeling you are not ok. I understand the price is low and this is a lo cost flight, but this should not happen no matter what is the price."

Cons: "Ryanair acted like a dust Stucker of money. Not only on the way forward they forbidded only flights from Israel (!) to bring any hand luggage at all without purchasing the priority boarding, and people were allowed with a small hand bag only (since the priority tickets finished) , but on the way backwards, after the entire airplane bought the priority ticket, the crew of ryanair acted in such a discriminating way and banned people that exceeded the bag check with less than 2 cm! It seems like the crew were determined to collect at many 50euro fines as possible from the passenger because they insisted very impolitly and brutally to measure each luggage from all possible sides, and even the luggage that fitted, they found excuses to fail them. I've rarely experienced such humiliating vision, especially due to the fact that everyone were forced to purchase the extra priority boarding and you'd expect the company to try and keep the customers, not drive them away. I can just say that with all the fines and extra payments requested by them, the total price of the flight was 100euro more expensive than the price of El AL or alitalia, same timing and with a meal and big suitcase included. All this, without mentioning the bad attitude of the crew and the extreme uncomfortability of the chairs (also purchased, obviously). To summarize, this was a very bad choice, with I will not repeat again."

She even did that with small back packs!!! Unfortunately for HER nobody had to pay extra for luggage!!! It is really the attitude. i paid a lot of money for my flight as much as a regular fligh neary $400 and yet I was still NOT allowed to take luggage. Its ridiculous!!! Had I booked with a regular airline, I would have paid similar fees and have a bag to put on the plane . Its time that Ryan air stop taking advantage of people and allow some luggage just like everyone else does. It doesn't have to be 50 lb but it can be a few pounds!!!"

Fantastic flight

Didn't enforce passengers to wear medical grade masks nor that they even properly wear their masks throughout the flight. So it was lots of people of unknown vaccination status all around me without masks on the whole flight.

In a complete frenzy, I ran to the one and only Pegasus agent and she absolutely refused to help me, saying "everyone knows it's one hour before check in". Uhm, no, everyone doesn't;t know, which is why they go and check it out on the website. That caused me not only to miss a flight and lose €120, but I then had to buy another flight for €370!!!!!!!! I now have to fight my way to the top to dispute this case."

Airlines should build ATC delays into schedule. Sabiha Gokcen airport shops are masively overpriced which means I will avoid transiting through there."

At one point they held the buses because they lost a passenger associated with a ticket and were yelling inside the bus looking for her. Never experienced such disorganization."
Cons: "Flying from Zurich to Israel was able to board the plane with a carry on and a laptop back pack. On the flight from Israel to Zurich i was charged 130$ for extra weight having exactly the same things."
