1. Please deploy better trained and courteous staff. 2. Wheel chairs be available at all steps of layover till boarding gate. 3. Food services be also improved . 4. TV and phone charging facility be also provided.
Dirty plane. Urine on floor of lavatories, food was not cleaned from previous leg of flight prior to boarding, lavatories only cleaned once inflight. Boarded by group number, but did not inform passengers in terminal. So standing in line for ~40min.
Emirates is great for someone like me traveling and on an expired H1B

Cons: "When boarding from JFK the plane was like a Sauna. The ACs were not working till the plane took off. So for an hour we were in a hot Sauna in an A380 supposedly the best airplane that Emirates has. That has never happened in Emirates flight earlier btw"

Cons: "My flight went well as there was no delay and no issues during the very long flight from Nairobi to Washington DC via Dubai."

Cons: "Airport helpers at both airport are not dealing properly. Newark wheelchair employees were demanding for big money as tips. Why money is charged to use trolley to move luggage????"
Was so glad the the captain kept the air. It’s usually suffocating in there.

Cons: "I have wifi in board for an hour for whatsapp messaging I would have beloved to have it all flight"
Pros: "When we were unable to travel due to Corona Virus restrictions, Ethiopian gave us a full refund even though we had a non-refundable ticket, and they were lovely about it when they did it. A+, hope I'll get a chance to actually fly with them soon."

Cons: "Travelers should be told that Gate 2 to Kumasi will be empty when you get there and that you should go around the corner to the transit area and wait for your flight there. They should let you know that they will announce the flight from the transit area."

Cons: "Crews could have greet and serve passengers with a warm smile. Food was acceptable but not as good as Japan / Korean airlines . I suppose the low airfares reflect its Servicr."

Cons: "Plane fittings coming apart; dirty seats; no personal screens - they use an overhead CRT! Didn’t know such old panes were still being used by Ethiopian. While friendly, crew could be more attentive to travelers needs - eg refills, water etc."

Cons: "None of the air stewardess has a smile on their face when talking to or serving passengers. I’m not sure they know how to engage with passengers in a friendly way. My entertainment screen wasn’t working. After resetting, it took them an hour to inform me that I could move to another seat if I wanted to, as they couldn’t resolve the problem with the screen. The food lacked in flavour and the sausage served for breakfast was undercooked."
Cons: "The landing was terrible and quite dangerous. It was a lopsided and the plane was about to tip forward when we hit the ground. I was quite disturbed on arrival. I’m glad to say the we were lucky that webdid not have an unfortunate incident."
