Bulgaria Air should stop using buses for boarding if possible. It is very inconvenient and delays the departure
Easy check in. Hot snack with wine if desired. Then chocolate, tea or coffee. Altogether excellent.
Seats are quite small, but due to the plane being empty we were aloud to switch seats to have more room
The water was handed out as we were entering the plane, instead of when we are set down and our hands are free of luggage. There was absolutely no food offered from Sofia to London, except a low quality chocolate, which was not delicious. The flight between London and Miami was ok, as far as service and food, but it was absolutely freezing, throughout the whole aircraft, especially in the back seats, I had to cover my head with a scarf, besides using the blanket and still I was feeling extremely uncomfortable. The passengers seating around me shared the same opinion. We did ask for something to be done about it. The gentleman did try to adjust it, but the effect last very short time, and towards the end of the flight it was extremely cold and blowing strong again ….
The service, the crew, the cleanliness, and most of all, the comfort and space between seats in the economy class was excellent! The seat spacing was better than all my international flights in recent memory.
I stood in line for two hours חודא to drop off my suitcase. When I arrived just before the gate closed and asked to drink the water I bought a minute before boarding, the flight attendant rushed me to throw away the bottle and get on the plane. She spoke rudely, even though I had been standing in different lines for 3 hours; I felt bad and needed water. The delay was the airline's fault, not my fault. I expected understanding, not rudeness.
Extremely expensive airlines! Very tights leg room although I was upgrading my seats. Flights attendants hit you when they walk by due to very narrow gap. Food was bad. Cold AC, they did not agree to change it. Wi-Fi did not work. Do yourself a favor and avoid ElAl!
The space between my knees and the chair in front of me was the smallest I’ve ever seen. I could not reach the blanket that was on the floor. The entertainment included very many Israeli movies and tv shows. The El Al app did not update to tell me the gate. The most important thing you should know is that El Al is very security conscious. Prepare to go through a security check at the gate. They look through the passport and boarding pass, through your carry on bags, ask questions, etc. Then they give you a sticker and only then can you board. So get to the gate about half an hour before you would otherwise.
The entertainment was mostly Israeli movies and tv shows. Food was good though. Flight was incredibly full with very religious Orthodox Jews. Maybe they had a convention.
Flight was super full. I had to check in my carry on bag. They didn’t give me a seat until the very last minute - during boarding.
We got upgrade to premium It’s another way and feeling flying premium then economy…
Clearly an inexperienced cabin crew. Boarding took much longer than usual. Food took much longer to be distributed than usual.
Poor service! If I can I will never fly with them again.
Great quality food. clean cabin and bathrooms. Fast boarding and overall comfortable flight for the duration and times.

Low-cost airline. Airbus A-320 and 321 series are not comfortable on flights taking more than 3 hours. Seats are uncomfortable. Very limited foot space, especially when having a bag under the seat in front of you.
Typical wizzair flight, nothing special , but as there were flight in the evening we got sandwiches with 50% discount. Terminal wizzair is using is awful. Separate from normal airport, no duty free and only one cafe. Also was late for more than 2 hours but we didn’t got any food or water vouchers.
Timely departures and arrivals. The seat was slightly forward leaning which made it uncomfortable
Flight was delayed by two hours and we then sat on the runway for another 40 minutes and circled Gatwick twice making it 3 hours later landing this is very poor compared to all the other operators I’ve flown with the outbound flight was an hour late
There were not enough staff and signage to direct people to Wizz Priority lanes for check-in and boarding. It didn't feel like we were Wizz Priority holders.
Had to pay £45 to check in at the airport because I didn't check-in online at least 3 hours prior... and it wasn't mentioned on the booking / App (online check-in is only marked as "included service"). Upon landing, captain failed to land the first attempt and had to take off again for an re-attempt. Overall mid experience, would definitely pay a bit more at first to avoid this again.
Two of our boarding details were missing and they wanted to charge us 84 pounds for that, although it was totally their fault
They boarded us despite knowing we wouldn’t be taking off for another hour and boarded us into a plane who’s air conditioning was not working properly. So we were sat in a hot plane for an hour with no access to the bathroom getting hotter and hotter. A little bit of communication between the teams would have avoided this.
I planned to be working during the flight but next to and in front of me there was a family (basically all around me) who had screaming kids all the way long and they were rude and the kid was kicking me as well and constantly wanted to grab my phone etc. I was so pissed, I didn't think they will travel priority so I didn't think they'll sit next to me but they did. I asked the crew if there is a chance for me to go to another seat far away from there...And they were so kind, immediately after take off they showed a seat for me that is far away from these people. I'm so grateful for this!!! I hate that I cannot figure out these things in advance. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO PAY MORE IN ADVANCE TO MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO FAMILIES W KIDS AROUND ME!!!!
A no frills flight wet leased from Czech Smartwings on behalf of Israir. Comfortable seats, polite crew and non existent food and entertainment services. I had and entire row to myself and slept throughout the flight. I loved it.
Everything is good but there was no snacks, they only gave us water without any snacks, check-in online also didn’t work, we had to check-in in the airport

The lady at the check-in got into a complication with the computer and didn't know how to get out of it even though they came several times to help her and direct her until finally the lady from the other position did the check-in. Just before take off they announced a delay that took two whole hours and caused a lot of trouble starting with the fact that we were hungry and they didn't even give us a glass of water (we asked and they said no) I am a sick person who takes medication (diabetes and heart disease). And this delay made me sicker. order a taxi again. after to work. and more
The flight was late with no explanation given to the passengers.
Overall a good experience for a short low cost flight . Boarding and departure was on time, crew was nice, airplane conditions were ok. The Heraklion airport is not convinient at all, especially as it doesn’t have an air conditioner. But this is not related to BlueBird.

The check in was really bad. This was my worst experience as far as i can remember. Very slow without any real reason.
There was a delay on the flight, in addition although there was a delay there was a last boarding sign earlier than the boarding time. So overall - stressed to come quickly to board and then waited a long time and arrived later than planned
