The food consist of one sandwich for a trip approximately 4 hours.

The crew were incredible, especially with how unruly many of the travelers were. Loved the pots and hummus and the food in general. The leg room in economy was plentiful, which was a very pleasant surprise!
Did not expect too much, but an initiative to serve a small water bottle without asking for it would be appreciated. A small snack pack would be very nice too. Coffe any one?. Yes - you'll get an over heated chicken sandwich as the on board meal. Sorry - nothing to write home about.
The crew was fantastic, and it was croweded but roomy enough. But the sandwich was horrible and no entertainment at all which is difficult in a flight of more than 4 hours.
We were 3 people together and they seated us apart. My wife and I were both in middle seats which were very tight
The seats in business class were the worse I have ever experienced.
Check-in was quick and boarded plane on time. Seats were comfortable, large screen entertainment, slept almost entire flight. Staff was pleasant. What is great about ELAL is their safety, and ability to take a large carrey on trolley and no one cares about size or weight. No one is taken out of line because of excess hand luggage like they do on Wiz or RYANAIR.
My suitcase was severely damaged. I didn't realize the degree until after I exited the luggage area. I submitted an online form and was informed it might be a few weeks until someone got back to me. Ridiculous. I have to return to the USA with it?!
2 hours on the tarmac then another 20 minutes at the gate make for a poor experience
Bags lost no more to say, bad communication and no urgency to get it back to the hotel by the airline properly the worst airline I have used.
The customer service rep on chat refused carrying golf set at no charge that is customary for LOT and others. I wanted yo carry just ONE club not even full set! Web check in was nightmare. Most horrible lounge at warsaw. To call it business class is a BIG exaggeration. Rude staff warsaw to nyc. Seats uncomfortable and not flat as is now customary. Bad content and entertainment system.
It was was okay but the seat was stiff and hard to sit on it!!
Seats were so uncomfortable, my butt hurts so much, I wish they have more cushions,it really was horrible, Except that, Stewarts were polite food was decent
The 737 lacked business-class seating. It was basically economy plus but with the middle seats left unsold. There were no TV screens but good food and service.
Plane is super outdated, seats not that comfortable for business class. Lounge also out dated. They need to catch up to 2024. Don’t think I’d ever fly again.
Everything was good, flight was smooth and on time Like service
Boarding was impossible to navigate. Had mobility issues and a business class ticket, but still boarded almost at the end of the queue because there was absolutely no organization or assistance.
Aircraft was new. Food so so, especially vegetarian was very disappointing.
Very courteous staff. Abnoxious passenger in front of me who reclined her seat all the way without warning and without considering the person behind her. My flight ORD-WAW was so much more pleasant because of the courtesy of the passenger in front of me.
Five star experience all around except for my seat, which was broken. It would only go down 70%.Of the way. It defeats the purpose of buying a business class ticket if you don’t actually get to lay flat..

WiFi would have been nice and some more powerful usb ports, available ports could not keep my phone’s charge much less charge the phone.
Not so good. I paid for a preference economic seat, and I couldn’t incline it back because it was blocked. They explained me that because is the last before emergency exit. The company new that but it was not explained in the seat selection
It was on time. Snacks could have been provided for free.
Tirana was crazy check in and getting bussed to another gate. Both Germany stops were intensive customs but organized, but that wasn't the airlines problem. The crews were fabulous on the planes. The announcements were not easy to understand in English, slurred speech. Customs inthe US were fast. We waited for luggage, three later arriving planes had their luggage and left before us
Business class old style from 10 years ago. Ok for short flights but nor for 12 hours journey. The passenger near the window have to jump over the passenger seat aisle side or wake him up to upright the seat. That’s not the business class that you expect on long night flight. Seats are not so confortable. And believe it or not no wifi!
We have travelled on 13 December with Austrian Airlines from Yangon through Bangkok and Vienna to Varna. The first flight operated by Thai Airlines was nice and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the same thing about the next two flights which were operated directly by the Austrian Airlines. During our flight from Bangkok to Vienna: > The service was very poor – serving of food and drinks was disorganized, late and not combined, the stewards were walking back and forth without doing anything substantial for the passengers. Even the morning breakfast was very late with a cup of coffee almost while landing (after a reminding). > The food itself was OK-ish but for a 12-hour flight, there were no snacks/bites in between dinner and breakfast as it is with the other airlines. > The cutlery was wooden, most probably recycling, but very unpleasant to eat with. > The stewards were not rude but not friendly and/or helpful > And also, half of the passengers had travel sets, others did not. The flight from Vienna to Varna was another surprise: firstly, the flight was late and secondly, they were serving only water free, even the coffee was paid, so were the snacks, but we had to pay to reserve seats. The whole experience is as if it was a low-cost airline. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend using the services of Austrian Airlines: the ticket prizes are quite the same as of the other carriers flying to this destination and you would have much pleasant time.

Actually this is my first time using airline I was in every single thing that happened throughout our journey, the appearance of the plane inside furnished about the seating the flight attendants and many many more I was so excited throughout thank you Brussels Airlines for the great service.
On board service was decent. I like the legroom at UA that seems to be more than in other airlines
It was really good because the employees were very nice and fun to talk to. The entertainment was nice because they had plenty of movies to watch.
Crew was enthusiastic. Meal was surprisingly good. They came to give water very frequently. Negative that the seat reclining didn't work

How can a national carrier and part of Lufthansa group not even provide complimentary water and a snack in such a long flight ?
The flight went well, only during the flight from Brussels to Vilnius I would have liked if they had at least given us plain water to drink.
The boarding process would have been better. When people are flying internationally and the airline is a member of Star Alliance they cannot have different rules for carryon baggage. Brussels Airlines made us adjust the weight of our carryons based on their rules even though we were flying international and our next flight was with United which does not have weight restrictions for carryons. That was just ridiculous.
This is one of the best flights i had. Good boarding, good seats , good food, and nuce stuff and clean toilets I took the Tourist upgrade and indianischer food , the best.

Very good. I thought the choice of Mediterranean food such as falafel for lunch was very thoughtful considering we were flying to Cairo.

I arrived late in Frankfurt and I had to catch my flight to Vienna and I was running late because when I was landing the flight to Vienna was boarding. I had to go through immigration and then I had to wait in a long line to take a bus to a terminal where my flight to Vienna was taking off. However, I truly didn't think I would make it. I was literally running through the whole airport and when I stopped to ask at one of the Austrian Airlines gates they were rude because they didn't have the time to support me.
They are professional. Nice crew. Still flying Boeing 747. Thank you for that. I love this airplane. Traditional.
