Food was terrible. Crew was kind but skipped over my row for providing sandwiches and beverages.

We loved the United lounge near our gate and a rep named Aimee who was GREAT

The plane pushed back from the gate on time. However, it stopped on the ramp, and we waited for over 20 minutes before the aircraft pulled back to the gate. Apparently, something of importance had to be removed from the aircraft by the gate agent. I found this to be odd. The delay was not significant, but I felt that whatever was on the aircraft that had to be taken off, should’ve been done before we pushed back from the gate.

Better seating for sure. The seats were so close together for such long flights.

Couldn’t get the tv screen to work, didn’t try food, so no comment

I bought internet for the flight. Don’t waste your money. I wasn’t able to download a 1 Mb file from Google Docs during a 3-4 hr period. You can only use WhatsApp and email if you are willing to wait.

We have taken this flight before and it is a tight connection and they were late out of denver and did not wait for us. The plane was there and the departure time had not passed but would not let us on. Next flight is very late and a connection through Newark - a big mess. Sooooo appreciate them holding the plane so we could catch the connection.

Check in, boarding processes were fine. Crew was great; pleasant and helpful. The food was absolutely terrible. One expects decent food, especially in Business class. The evening meal was edible. The before landing " meal" was inedible. Don't serve food that doesn't do well after hours of refrigeration ( frozen?), like a chicken burger (soggy bun, rubbery chicken)and fries (cold and hard).

I received an upgrade to business class because I was on the waiting list. That made the flight much nicer. The staff was excellent.

Rude and condescending crew, below average food, passengers treated as toddlers.
