Got boarded on the plane on time and held there without moving for 2h to avoid paying delay fees. typical Aegean airlines. They should have left us on the gate and do the boarding when we are ready to go.

Would be good if we didn't have to print out own boarding pass

The flight was absolutely fine. Unfortunately it was delayed by an hour due to unforeseen reasons.

I’ve flown Aegean many times and they remain consistent with good service from Athens to Cyprus.

The airline provided exceptional service, particularly the counter personnel. The aircraft's seating arrangement offered ample legroom and comfort, exceeding expectations for standard economy class.

Fine. It was a 25 minute ride in a tiny plane that left 20 mins late

The only issue was a short window to make my connecting flight, and nobody to assist me in finding my way to the next gate.

This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

On international flights passengers had wide variety of entertainment choices, though the flight was short. Service was good and no issues at all.

The plane is very small according to distance flight . Seat not comfortable according to the class of business class realy very bad ..

It was ok. This flight was for my 80 year old grandparents and when they arrived to Beirut no wheelchair (as requested) was waiting for them. My grandpa had to pick up his own luggage, he got soooo tired. No one to help him as we submitted the request ahead of time

The inflight Wi-Fi was poor or non-existent however the entertainment system was good. The staff are good and effective but don’t really relate well to the travellers (a smile and a “how are you” would not go astray). Not the worst airline, but if they improve they could be leaders.

It was fine. We will fly Turkish again for sure.

Food was bad crew a bit nicer than other flights seats uncomfortable too

I ended up paying $170 Euros for luggage for a 4 hour flight. Ridiculous. On top of the delay.

Our check-in was mediocre. We were told that we didnt have access to the lounge although we were in business and we were asked to remove 1kg from each of our checked luggages as they had 21 kgs and we found out that our tickets were for 20kgs checked bags. I would have expected: 1 - more clarity on the website so that I could see the difference on fares and be able to buy tickets with more checked luggage kgs allowance, and lounge access, and 2- more flexibility for business class passengers.

On the flight back the seats where very uncomfortable, they where so bad that my back started to hurt after the first 2 hours. I can sit in a wooden chair for 2 hours. But these where just horrible, it just shows how cheap the airline has become. And the cabin was heated all those people in a heated cabin during a night flight. It was clear the climate control was not working. To top that off you are not even offered a glass of water, these people are animals.

We purchased a Go First Pass for 10 Euros each so we could board first, but everyone was able to board at the same time so we wasted 20 Euros. The flight left ab out 15 minutes late and was not allowed to land at Healthrow so we had to circle Heathrow for about 45 minutes. This caused us to almost miss our flight from Heathrow to Atlanta.

Severely delayed with no notice. Could have arrived at the airport hours later had we been informed of the delay

Once the boarding sign went on and all passengers gathered in line, we were left waiting standing up for almost an hour because there was a delay.

It would be nice to have vegan options for meals. The entertainment was not working on the the way to Austria. It was only available near the end of flight to Canada. The service was excellent.

Flight was delayed by approx 1 hour. The boarding process and the flight itself were very good, slightly tight squeeze for my legs but overall happy.

The business class layout on this plane is tightly packed and atrocious with no sense of privacy.

Flight was meant to leave at 8:30pm but there was a 2 hour delay 😞

Airmalta does not include meals in their flights and neither offers entertainment.

The system of checkin by online only not good at all.. Because not everyone knows how to to do it and when the people go the airport without checking online it charge him, this really unfair 55 Euro this too much for nothing.. Thanks

The worst low cost airline in the world! It’s absolutely the poorest costumer service and my worst experience!

We arrived at the airport by taxi so as to be there two hours ahead of take-off. On arrival I received a message stating that the flight would be 85 minutes later than planned. An hour later another message stated that it would be a further 20 minutes late. There was no mention of the almost 2 hour delay once we boarded. Needless to say, they didn’t trumpet their “arrive-on-time” signal. At least we got there eventually.

Ryanair is always shite. Slowest boarding possible in the most uncomfortable way. It’s like they are are tad sadistic.

Poor, how can you order something from the menu em you can’t see a menu? How can you get the online menu when you have no internet? Why let us board when you know full well we won’t be taking off for another 45 minutes, no ice for drink in sweltering heat, seats hard and and uncomfortable when you’re sitting for over 5 hours.

Long delay. Terrible airport - too busy, not enough seating or food/drink outlets.

It was delayed and there was no apology or any updates as to why. It was genuinely awful

The flight departed and arrived on time. A member of the staff at the gate was awful. She asked me to get the duty free purchases out of the hand luggage to see if it would fit inside their box, which it did. It was the embarrassment in front of the other passengers and the hassle of getting my stuff out of the bag and back in again that was totally unnecessary. They try to squeeze every single euro they can get out of their passengers. The seats were uncomfortable with little space in between them. The flight was quite noisy with lots of announcements trying to sell food, drinks, gifts and souvenirs etc.

flight delayed, no information given until late on, Ryanair app said "on time" until 5 minutes before expected departure time, crew rushed us to board, when it was already 3 hours late

Experience was terrible. No communication and no sense of urgency dealing with literally hundreds of passengers stranded due to cancelled flights.

I liked nothing. Communication to passengers was poor to non-existent. No sense of urgency in providing information from gate changes, baggage drops, and cancelled flights (which happened with no assistance available). This airline is a joke.

OK flight. However, left my smartphone in the seat pocket by mistake, and ITA staff were able to retrieve it and bring it to the departure desk for the next flight. I was so happy and thankful that they were able to get my phone back!

Flying Economy I’m not expecting to have Michelin star food but there’s too much salt and not enough veggies in the main meal. Also there should be more seat room

I get it…Economy sucks but on a 13 hour flight all seats should have legroom and go back more than 110 degrees

We booked months in advance, but were told at the airport we are on standby because the airline overbooked the flight. We finally (family of 5) got our boarding passes and had to run through the huge airport to get on the flight. The plane then had an electrical issue and we sat on the tarmac for another 2 hours before we even started our 12 hour flight. Our luggage did not make it, but was delivered to our destination the next evening after we landed. I would not fly this airline again.

This was a typical hour-long flight. Not much leg room, no entertainment and no food.

I’m a nervous flyer so I was happy that we experienced barely any turbulence. I was also lucky and had a whole row in Economy to myself. I’m on the shorter side so leg room wasn’t an issue for me. It could be for someone who is taller than 5’7”.. The food was ok, but again I was in Economy so I wasn’t expecting Michelin star quality food. Entertainment was ok. Wish there were more television options. Overall I would book on ITA again

the flight from Palermo to Rome to SFO is better than the flight we come although the get-off time is still 20 min late.
