Pros: "The entertainment system was excellent and the free WiFi was good. The food was good, it was a bit more than expected as were the numerous beverages. The service was excellent."

Cons: "The crew was poor. Didn’t appreciate when requested toilet paper in the toilet, as there was none. Ask for a snack as no food until 5hrs into the flight, crew were impolite and rude. The crew gathered in the gallery and chat among themselves. Very annoyed if you interrupted them, asking for a water."

Complained and asked how A380 seat with 16+ hour flight wasn't reported earlier. Crew admitted there's a log about seat 63C (EK215 DXB-LAX Jan 7) but Airline chose to ignore it! Crew was apologetic but was offering me free drink (almost seemed like bribe). One of the checked bags torn when we collected it at LAX; Overall, pretty bad but most annoying is the fact that they nickel & dime for seat position and lot of families were spread all over (not just mine)."
Cons: "They took my scarf and it was crazy cold in New York. Then they wouldn't let me use the bathroom yet it took almost an hour to land. Ridiculous. I was in 81D. I hope they found my scarf."
Cons: "We requested wheelchair assistance for my grandmother (3 days before the flight), but at the departing airport, the person with the wheelchair left early and we had to walk her on to the plane. When we arrived at Hong Kong, there was no wheelchair on the bridge, and after disembarking and being told to wait, it took 30 minutes for them to bring one. The ground staff kept trying to convince us to just walk which seemed very unprofessional."

Once the boarding sign went on and all passengers gathered in line, we were left waiting standing up for almost an hour because there was a delay.
It would be nice to have vegan options for meals. The entertainment was not working on the the way to Austria. It was only available near the end of flight to Canada. The service was excellent.
Flight was delayed by approx 1 hour. The boarding process and the flight itself were very good, slightly tight squeeze for my legs but overall happy.
The business class layout on this plane is tightly packed and atrocious with no sense of privacy.

Food is okay, could be better - Economy and Premium economy. Great service , good crew. Overall great improvements so far and , lot of potential to be on par with other top notch airlines
The flight was on time and boarding was fine. The entertainment system didn't work for the row I was in. The part that I really disliked is that the air hostesses WILL wake you up (I had an eye mask and neck pillow) for ALL of the food services, even if they're bringing water/snacks. I would rather be left alone after the initial and final food services but this didn't deter them.

The disastrous Rayanair at least realised how that was making them burn more fuel and now they are letting passengers melt with heat. When will Air India learn this?"

Cons: "Super late- didn’t board until after the flight was meant to depart causing me to miss my pickup. Food is terrible. There is no entertainment whatsoever, no charging ports to tv or movies. Quite possibly the worst take off and landing of my 35+ flights this year. The staff is friendly but the airline is terrible. Seats were dirty with stains on the headrest, no legroom and no availability for upgrades."
Pros: "The crew should be commended for doing such a great job despite the unruly behavior of some of the passengers. The Legroom on the airline is much larger than most of the airlines I have traveled. The meals served are mostly geared towards the Indian cuisine and it’s pretty good and sumptuous. You are provided with three meals on the EWR-BOM leg viz. lunch, dinner and breakfast."
Cons: "The boarding at Newark was chaotic but the blame lies on passengers who were not heeding to the repeated announcement from the ground staff. The entertainment system on the flight was very spotty with some terminals being unresponsive to touch. The passenger announcement are very minimal."
