I liked it as a half empty flight, I didn't like to wait 5 hours to fly which wasn't my fault.

Food was horrible! Inedible sandwiches by a supposed star chef, Assaf Granit. I was dead hungry the entire flight but couldn't possibly stuff that awful sandwich down my throat,

El AL has vastly improved its overall experince in the last several years. Nicer place, nicer flight attendants, food, comfort etc

Poor food service, a microwave heated sandwich and 300ml water bottle for a coach 4 hours flight ticket. Entertainment only by streaming to your device if you got something more than a small phone screen. On the positive side - on time arrivel.

Remind me not to fly (eat) at passover with Israeli cartiers. Came out of the aircraft with an incredible neck pain. Crew and entertainment were good.

As I paid for extra space - the seat was OK. The snack is very bad! The service is fair. The WiFi was so slow i could not see the provided movie and free TV. Just had so seat all the time...

Great entertainment system. The crew was somewhat helpful, but ignored the calls completely. Also all the isle seats were taken by the time of check-in and we had to squeeze a family of 5 on middle seats in 3 rows - awfully inconvenient to fetch nappies, take kids to the toilet or fetch water. Seat spacing was ok and the missile defence system of ElAl planes is unmatched.

Window seats on the 737 are tight and narrow. Staff was good.

the cancellation of my earlier flight caused me to miss this connection as well.

As far as I could tell, there was no food service(!) on this flight. Like the attendants were on strike? No entertainment or wifi. Like, I didn't even know where we were unless I looked out the window and tried to recognize landmarks. Never had such a flight. I think you would have had to pay for water but they never offered that service.

All of my clothes were completely soaked and wet when I got to my destination. The airline was careless and left my bag on the runway during a rain storm. Very disappointing! On the connecting flight in Lisbon we were made to wait on a bus crammmed in for 20min and standing. Unacceptable Very poor experience and most of my belongings ruined!

Not good. Long lines for checkin. Cramped seats. Would only give one tiny cup of water. Had to use people movers. Won’t fly TAP again

The flight crew was top notch. Total professionals, they worked to help everyone fit their luggage on board and get comfortable. Like many European airlines, dinner service included wine with no extra charge. Always a nice touch. On our layover, everyone needed to clear passport control, which looks like a horrible time sink when you have a connection. My compliments to the ground crew who tried to move people with tight connects to the front of the line. I don't know whether they were Air Portugal employees or not, but they were some people's heroes. I'm not a fan of airline pricing that doesn't give you a reasonably realistic idea of your total cost. Checked baggage on Air Portugal is very expensive and negates any other price advantage. Seat selection is also quite costly. My biggest complaint about this airline is their boarding process. There is no info available to passengers on the screens in the boarding lounges. Just long lines that stretch into other gate areas and too few people offering any clarifying info at all. Those who try to direct often ended up yelling into the crowd. On my last leg, they called for boarding groups over the PA system, but when I presented myself, I was sent back to the end of the single line even though others in later groups were ahead of me. It was a confusing mashup of two systems that left everyone disgruntled and took over an hour. I don't think I can recommend this airline if you have any other options.

Tap air portugal first has you pay for the flight. Then you realize that seats are extra. Had i known that i would have booked emirates instead for a few dollars more

What didnt i like? You had to pay for seats after the booking was paid for. If i knew that beforehand i would have booked with emirates for a few dollars more

Flight from Lisbon to Barcelona was ok. Business flight Boston to Lisbon was awful. Attendants should pay more attention to Business Passengers and not be so stingy with water. Worse Business Flight I have ever taken. Food was awful. Cramped for space.

Great airline, new, comfortable and quiet planes. Plenty of leg room and state of the art entertainment system. The big downside is the connection in Lisbon. The airport is small and a bus is needed from the plane to the terminal. Is a mess, takes a lot of time, nobody gives an explanation, boarding zones are not honored, etc.

Adequate. You get what you pay for. Absolutely no frills but a cost effective way to travel between European countries.

Awful! Flight was 2hrs late and we missed the connecting flight!!!

I bought the ticket through Iberian, but I was unable to check in using my code. American wouldn’t let me check in and Iberian counter was closed.

No entertainment and WiFi for a 13 hour flight is outrageous. Old plane. Broken seats and toilet of order. To have to pay for food and a blanket under those conditions is ridiculous. We are never flying with Level or Iberia ever again.

My trip with Iberia was an absolute nightmare! We arrived at the airport excited for our trip, only to be told our carry-on would be checked for free due to a full flight. Then, they couldn't even print our boarding passes for the connecting flight! The mad dash through security and the train left us breathless, only to be met with confusion at the gate - apparently, they "lost" us in the system and boarded the plane without us, luggage and all! Stuck in Madrid with nothing but the clothes on our backs, we were promised our bags would magically appear at our final destination. Shockingly, they didn't. The next day, we flew home with nothing but frustration and a lingering question: where were our suitcases? Even worse, this ordeal seems to be all too common for Iberia passengers! The hotel staff, used to dealing with stranded Iberia customers, shared stories of countless passengers facing similar luggage nightmares. This whole experience left me feeling stranded, frustrated, and completely dissatisfied with Iberia's service.

The seats were comfortable. The food was pleasing. The movie choices were great. The crew was kind and professional.

They cancelled our NON_STOP flight from London to Chicago 22 hours before our flight. After a 2 hour phone call, they rescheduled us from London to Barcelona (Wrong way to USA) 2 hour lay over, and then to Chicago for a 9 1/2 hour flight at 6 am. Ruined 2 days of our vacation. We will not fly British Airways again.

Again. Diabetic menu not for diabetic. I asked for an alternative that was refused. I am Pregnant. I did ask for help to put my carry on on the compartemt , they asked me tomwait and never came back until I asked another passenger. I ended up not eating for more than 9h. I had just a tea. And 0 Empathy from the crew.

Lufthansa staff was fantastic, but the airport was a mess. I was at this airport in the past and I have never experienced any problem, but this time it was nutty because of soccer tournament: UEFA 2024 championship

Airport facilities poor. Misleading information about the airport where boarding was to take place.

I wasn’t able to make my flight due to Kayak’s inability to simply update my name on my trip from Nick to Nicholas. I would like a refund.

No pillows provided. Chaotic boarding. No inflight entertainment. Flight arrived 25 minutes late.

Luftansa customer support on the phone were terrible. The flight itself was good. The crew were good.

Regular 3 across coach seats in “business” just empty middle seat

Boston Logan is a crummy airport - signage is terrible or lacking in areas. Boarding seemed to be a free for all and with all the different airlines speaking, you couldn't tell who was supposed to be where and when. Plain and simple, airlines should board from the back of the plane to the front. Also someone was sitting in my seat. By the time that was figured out, I had to place my overhead behind me which made de-planing more difficult. Logan is not Lufthansa's fault so that is not on them, Boarding is on them! Still, overall it was a Good Experience flying with Lufthansa. This is not my first flight with them...

Boarding was a zoo. London ground crew was useless. Poor communication regarding where to line up. We were group 2, and everyone was jammed in together. Ground crew didn’t seem to care.

The boarding was a mess; I'm unclear why they can't organize it by boarding number.

Both flights were late for what appeared to be the airline’s not having the planes ready. Arrived over 6 hours late.

OK flight. However, left my smartphone in the seat pocket by mistake, and ITA staff were able to retrieve it and bring it to the departure desk for the next flight. I was so happy and thankful that they were able to get my phone back!

Flying Economy I’m not expecting to have Michelin star food but there’s too much salt and not enough veggies in the main meal. Also there should be more seat room

I get it…Economy sucks but on a 13 hour flight all seats should have legroom and go back more than 110 degrees

Old flight. very smaller seats. screen small.. food was mediocre

We booked months in advance, but were told at the airport we are on standby because the airline overbooked the flight. We finally (family of 5) got our boarding passes and had to run through the huge airport to get on the flight. The plane then had an electrical issue and we sat on the tarmac for another 2 hours before we even started our 12 hour flight. Our luggage did not make it, but was delivered to our destination the next evening after we landed. I would not fly this airline again.

This was a typical hour-long flight. Not much leg room, no entertainment and no food.

I’m a nervous flyer so I was happy that we experienced barely any turbulence. I was also lucky and had a whole row in Economy to myself. I’m on the shorter side so leg room wasn’t an issue for me. It could be for someone who is taller than 5’7”.. The food was ok, but again I was in Economy so I wasn’t expecting Michelin star quality food. Entertainment was ok. Wish there were more television options. Overall I would book on ITA again

the flight from Palermo to Rome to SFO is better than the flight we come although the get-off time is still 20 min late.

The flight was delayed 3 hours while we were on the plane. We returned back to the gate before departure and waited for 2 hours before finally leaving. Little updates during the process and no explanation. Plane kept turning off and on and it got very hot at times.

It was fine. I wish there were more or better selections for entertainment.
