Updates from pilots about delays would make them less frustrating.

4 hour technical delay. Cancelled second meal. Crew and flight were great.

Despite many attempts to work out a change, neither British Airways nor Kayak nor Chatdeal would allow us to cancel or change this flight so we lost all of the payments when we were not able to fly. Absolutely terrible customer service. We will never use either of the services again.

The flight was fine. Unfortunately, the seat entertainment (movie/TV/game options) was malfunctioning for some reason, so movies weren't an option on that flight. On the flight to my destination, it was working all right, but I never used it because I couldn't figure out how to make it work. It would be helpful to have better instructions for those of us who aren't too skilled at such things. Other than that, no problems. The crew were courteous, the food was decent, and they got us where we were going on time, or even a bit early. I would use them again.

Positive boarding experience, easy access to seat with plenty of luggage space

This flight had seats that were more comfortable than the trans-Atlantic flight I had come on. Boarding, however, was atrocious. There was no point in boarding groups since everyone ended up on the same bus to get on the plane. And the bus ride took forever to get to the plane. The snacks can barely even qualify as snacks. Make sure you bring your own or eat before getting on,

Taking off and landing was so smooth. I like the food too. Served 3 meals on both flights. I have been telling my friends to take British airways

Superb staff, ingenious seating in Club class. Superb food and service. Loading and unloading. Ample cabin overhead luggage space. But the earphone socket was damaged and did not give binaural audio. Very hard to follow a film over the engine noise. Nor could I get to play Sudoku for want of instructions.

The wheel chair assistance experience at Heathrow during flight connection (from flight 118 from BLR to Heathrow to the flight from Heathrow to BOS) involved a long wait at the ground floor assistance desk at Terminal A. We had a long layover (6 hours) so it did not affect the onward journey, but we would have appreciated being able to go to the Business class lounge without having to wait over an hour at the Terminal A assistance desk.
