The boarding process was smooth and the stewardesses were nice. Some delays with drinks at the end of the flight, but no issues.
On this flight, about the last 2 hours the captain kept the cabin too hot. It appeared like the ac was off.
Airline did not have enough vegetarian meals for all guests, and crew were not adequately trained to handle this.
Emirates is good airlines. But there plane seats were very small and congested. Need to little good and big seats in economy class.
When you buy Emirates you don’t expect low cost. Choice of coffee/tea vs water. Entertainment on demand. Seat distance won’t allow food tray to extend without hitting belly (and I didn’t grow lately)
I am vegan. The food was balanced, tasty and enough. I enjoyed the ride. The crew was very friendly and went out of their way to please the passengers.

The amenities offered in the Business class is far away less compared with other Air Companies. Emirates is going down in the competition pricing the same value as Qatar airways for example.

Unfortunately, the level of service provided fell significantly short of the standards I expected from your airline. I would like to highlight the following serious issues encountered during the journey: • Cabin Condition and Hygiene: The aircraft cabin was notably poorly maintained. The seating area was dirty, and there was a persistent, unpleasant odor throughout the flight, which made the environment very uncomfortable for passengers. • Inadequate Service: The overall level of service provided by the staff was unsatisfactory and did not reflect a professional passenger experience. • Baggage Loss: Upon arrival, I was informed that my luggage was lost. The crew was not helping us in the airports ..Very bad experience..the washrooms are not meeting the expectations..need more good service... The hotel service was good but there is a very long wait time which wasted time to go through..
They only gave us 30 minutes to make an international connecting flight. We didn’t make the connection but they did do a good job rebooking us despite the chaos. Our bags didn’t make it back and their process for customer support is pretty bad when it comes to luggage.

The food could be better, the beef was quite tough. The crew were friendly and helpful on this flight, which has not being my experience on other Ethiopian flights.
It is just ok, the sits are very uncomfortable, the temperature too low and there weren’t blankets. The food is mediocre and there are no screens to watch movies.
Entertainment was very poor. Couldn’t watch anything. Ear pieces were the wrong type .
Moderate carrier , one of the flight attendant crashed my leg with the food table and never bothered to apologia but give you a lecture about how to sit in your seat.
If the flight was full I would have been more uncomfortable as the space was small. The seat in front of me was very close, I wear transition lenses and it was too close for a comfortable viewing experience. The foot room was not the best either. The row was empty so I had shoulder width space. The foot space in my opinion could be better, I am just 6ft tall, medium built and found the space mediocre. The AC on the flight could have been cooler. We were delaed on the tarmac and the air con was warm. Even in the air, it could have been cooler. Apart from that excellent service crew, we were delayed on the tarmac and water was offered to us which was of good temperature. The snacks offered were acceptable. The only highlight on this flight was the taste of the food, which was surprisingly good. Everything else was below average, and the cabin crew service especially stood out for being slow and inattentive. We were surrounded by toddlers/babies and it made our 4 hour flight feel like 10 hours. Granted, that's not the airline's fault, but it added to the overall subpar experience.

Very helpful and welcoming crew, good food in fair quantities, enough space for the legs. Surprisingly good quality for a "lowcoster".
Boarding was almost an hour late but there was no communication. Cabin crew did nothing to ensure people kept masks on and even with seat belt sign on people were wondering around the plane.
Take too much time to get cpnnection flight. Did not get enough time toget refresh even for going rest room it is not enough time. For wheelchaor person like me face too much trouble. Idont wish to go next time in emirat and fly dubai. Not sugest any senior citizon to fly with this.
A no frills flight wet leased from Czech Smartwings on behalf of Israir. Comfortable seats, polite crew and non existent food and entertainment services. I had and entire row to myself and slept throughout the flight. I loved it.

Awful. Got charged full price for bags at the airport because there is no way to pay in advance even though it says you can. Plane wasn’t loaded with enough paper cups for the whole flight to even have water.
From New York to Tel Aviv, the flight was horrible unfortunately we were delayed standing in the aircraft for four hours, when we got off Tel Aviv, the belt was broken and we had to wait additional two hours for our suitcases. Finally, when I received my suitcases one of them was broken and when I got home the entire content all of my clothes and gifts were soaked in water, since they broke my suitcase and due to the fact that the suitcase was outside in the rain, I tried to contact arkia, but couldn’t get in touch. Also my suitcases was returned however they made me pay additional 100 shekel for a replacement and the suitcase that they broke was much more expensive than the one they replaced overall the experience from JFK to Tel Aviv was horrible, not comfortable by all means and to top it all up all of my gifts and content was soaked. I had to dry clean all of it.
As a low-cost flight, I understood that not all amenities would be included. However, booking through a Kayak agent rather than directly with the airline created significant issues. We were unable to add checked bags in advance and had to pay $140 per bag at check-in. We also couldn't select seats and were assigned to the last row. Most frustratingly, there was no customer support available—neither Arkia (who didn't answer phone calls or emails) nor AirfareAssist (who also didn't respond to emails) could help resolve these issues. Once aboard, the flight experience met expectations for a low-cost carrier. No complaints there. Recommendation: Book directly with the airline to avoid these third-party booking complications.

This airline is known for shifting flights timetable, cancelling them altogether and overall you feel that you are in a charter flight (oh they do that too quite often). Rates aren't so cheap to make up for the overall experience so it is advised to mind the alternatives before booking.

THE WHEELCHAIR SERVICE RESPONSIBLE TO TAKE ME From My Arrival Delta three hours in advance refused to take me from Terminal 2 to Terminal 3 without the Arkiya Boarding pass. I was helpless and missed the flight to TLV. I had to buy a separate ticket one way on Elal at 14:30 from Terminal 3 and PAY $715. ADDITIONAL MONEY. I DEMAND THAT ARKIYA REIMBURSE ME FOR THAT $715.00 DUE TO THEIR INOPERATIVE ONLINE CHECK IN THAT PREVENTED. ME FROM MAKING THE FLIGHT
Crew was super nice, boarding was fast (all trolleys were asked to be checked in), no entertainment at all, food - well, better if one brings ones own, and, surprisingly, they kept the schedule. This time around - 2 thumbs up.
I liked: Helpful, informative, pleasant crew. Could be Better: Check in. Stowage space General cleanliness especially toilets. Ugh!
