The boarding was like a cattle drive bordering on a stampede since Aegean Airlines didn’t bother to divide passengers by groups, so people rushed to be first in line. We waited standing with our carryons for over 45minutes. Nobody knew what was happening or when they will start boarding. Naturally, when we finally got on board people where blocking the aisle because Aegean didn’t bother to board from back to front as it is usually done. The flight attendants were sweet but their English was almost unintelligible. My brother works and I worked for major airlines and have never seen anything so disorganized and unprofessional."

I am sure they can show the text clearly warning me about the fees for bringing a piece of luggage per person, but I missed it. Therefore, they charged me $35 per person for their registered bag. That’s probably how they “beat” their competitors’ prices. If you include the fees in your calculation, this might still be a good option, but make sure that you read the fine print, or be prepared to pay as “extra” what many airlines offer as basic."

Aegean then booked me on a flight to Catania (Italy) for a different connection to Malta. Only that this Aegean flight was also delayed by an hour making me miss the second connection. Eventually I arrived in Malta 15 hours later than scheduled. Aegean customer service reps were extremely unhelpful and made this 10 times more difficult. I missed a whole vacation day, amassed roaming telephone charges and on top of that missed a reservation for Dinner in the Sky Malta."

We was kept informed all the way as take off was perfect, and the landing at London Luton was the best have ever had as you normally land land then get an extra hard heavy jerk to slow us down extra hard braking. The Pilots of W6 4503 on 23rd of August 2017 is a credit to your company as they landed without the extra hard braking you normally get. Those pilots both of them should teach the other pilots's of your company how both of the pilots did it, and even teach other airline pilots the same IT WAS A VERY SMOOTH LANDING. Give the pilot's a commendation or an award as I would like those pilot's on any of my flights I have in the future. You can let them know it was me that told you to credit them in the highest award they can get please. Let their bosses, and company owners know this as well. So maybe if you call them in the office for something PLEASE CREDIT THEM for the PERFECT LANDING MORE THAN A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY as I put that ion bold to enforsize a perfect landing."
Cons: "I was in 24B middle seat which was very cramped as the seat too small and back of seat too low, knee area not enough, no chance of getting to sleep as you cannot get comfortable enough as you cannot even sleep on the tray, kids screaming all around me, people behind me kept kicking moving my seat, people in front of me too loud Bulgarian's. At Varna airport me and others queued up in check in 2 and 3 patiently, and after about 20 minutes queuing two people jumped the queue in check in 1 as the second guy I had to tell him we have been waiting you cannot jump the queue and to go to the back of the queue, and a guy walked straight into check in 1 before check in 2 and 3 was opened and got his bag done, and a big group of people with prams etc was not even in check in lane 1 where they was sorted out well before us queuing as they just turned up and got there bag etc slips on the prams etc. A lot of the information on board was in Bulgarian and not in English only a very small thing NOT TO BLAME THE PLANE STAFF in any way."

Cons: "All they wanted was money. It was a scam. What is 8kg for a canyon? They would have charged me $75 for 5 kg! The only reason they didn't is because their system was down. They tried my credit cards and when that didn't work, they asked for cash. I never carry more than $5. There was no order in the airport and it was absolute mayhem. I went from line to line. Cons: "Oh, boy. First, this flight was super late and they wouldn't admit it. I went to the gate at boarding time, and the staff rudely pushed me away, saying I misunderstood the gate number. I double checked, and no, that was indeed the right gate. This lasted until the airport announced the final boarding call for my flight, and people started lining up.Then the staff had to admit that this was the right gate and the plane was just late. We didn't start boarding until way after the announced time (which they didn't bother to update on the screen until it passed. Extraordinarily disorganized. Second, the flight crew was loud and kept the lights turned way up on an overnight flight. Everyone around me was trying to sleep, and they were woken up by the crew yelling "DO YOU WANT COFFEE?" 5 rows away. Even when they finally dimmed the lights 3 hours into the flight, they kept the Tv's on, so the flashing advertisements prevented me from sleeping restfully. Third, you have to pay for coffee and tea. Who does this? They also begin their flight with loud, obnoxious music that jolts everyone awake (see above for this being an overnight flight). Overall, only choose this airline if you're okay with being kept forcibly awake and you don't mind the flight being late. Oh, and you have 2 euros to pay for simple tea."
