It was a third party reservation and from kayak through kiwi for wizard flight.. so communication impossible, i forced to spend agonizing hours trying not to lose my self transfer flight. Thankfully wizz employees gave some help but it was so frustrating 😑

Timely departures and arrivals. The seat was slightly forward leaning which made it uncomfortable

Brand new aircraft Airbus 321neo, good seats although no recline (so no arguments with other passengers). Orderly boarding using front and rear aircraft doors for efficiency. Departed on time and artived 25min early. During check in, ground staff are very strict about permitted baggage and carry-on weight and size - you're only allowed what you paid for. Onboard food and beverage prices are a bit high but similar to airport coffee shops.

Wizz is the worst airline in the world, The firm behavior is similar to the Italian mafia, For booking, check in at the desk and not on line that charge 48euro each, the truly that was included in the confirmation is only half way the continuous flight after the connection is not included although ordered together as on flight with one stop,(no direct flight), they asked for another 58euro each, unbelievable behavior of the staff, actually you feel threatened by them, as I said Italian mafia. Last time ever in my life. Keep out of this airline and enjoy your vacation.

Pierwszy raz odbyłam tak pozytywny lot. Uprzejma, świetna załoga. Kapitana lotu W6 1771 z 6.01.2024, pozytywnie zaskoczył wyraźnym kontaktem i ciekawostkami na temat lotu, jak i informacja o zorzy polarnej zachęcając do zobaczenia przez okana. Delikatne perfekcyjne ladowanie WIELKI SZACUN i GRATULACJE dla KAPITANA!!👏👏👏

Very very very…… uncomfortable seats /does nor reclain/ and so little space /this was 5:30 hours flight- and quite expensive no longer low cost airline/ 5:30 hours flight and no water or snacks was offered anly very expensive sales.

Was denied to enter the previous plane so couldnt make it to this one

My fligh was suddenly canceled and no ine approached me The web response was the only one and it was poor and not satisfactory Wizz did not take care for moving me and my family to another flight instead and simply gave us back the flight credits which i cant do nothing with !!

Economical flight. Good for the price. Direct destination, no stopovers. No USB ports for mobile charging. No movies or tv onboard.

Very aggressive clerk at the boarding gate. Forcing people to pay for baggage’s that actually fit into their small cage
