Cons:There was an extremely subtle dent in the door that could have been there when i picked up the vehicle. You could only see it by looking at it from a slight angle, into light reflecting off of the vehicle surface. It was documented as new damage.Reviewed 2020 Aug 19

Pros:Easy pickup and drop off. Friendly drop off teamCons:As i was driving car out of lot, was asked if car had any damage. Cons:The car we were given had less than 1/4 tank of gas. We only drive to our hotel and back to the rental car agency. We did not fill the tank before dropping off. They were great at drop off because we somehow locked the keys in the car and they were amazing to help us!Reviewed 2020 Feb 18
