The brand new vehicle broke down in the middle of a freeway in the middle of the storm. The help desk told us to take our luggage and walk to the nearest exit, and that we would be responsible for leaving the vehicle behind and any damages as a result thereof. It was an east European sounding outsourced agent. We managed to get the vehicle off the freeway and get a tow truck to take it away and someone to drive 75 miles to come pick us up. The counter experience was great. Fast and efficient (well staffed). When I went to actually get the car there was a person, Chris, who was to assign the vehicle. He was on the phone and never actually spoke with me. He pointed to the car and pointed to where I was to go. Pretty rude and unprofessional, in my opinion.Reviewed 2023 Feb 13
