Pros:Absolutely nothing!Cons:Everything! The customer service in person at the counter and trying to call in was terrible! They didn’t have the type of vehicle we reserved or anything similar and was assured we could swap it out at our destination city which was a lie since the only branch was in New Orleans, two hours away from where we were at. I would NEVER use this service again after being hung up on for two hours when trying to correct the issue.Reviewed 2021 Mar 15

Pros:Staff was friendly and helpfulCons:Signage was unclear so we had a hard time finding where to find pickup counter. Car also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke when we picked up. We had to drive with windows down most of first day because of the smell, while the temperatures were in the 90s.Reviewed 2020 Aug 11
