Pros:The gal at the desk when we picked up was very friendly, professional and helpful.Cons:The Medford car rental parking lot could probably use a little reconfiguring of parking spaces allotted to each company. The first signs we saw didn't even list Alamo so it was a bit of an educated guess to just keep walking until we got to our car.Reviewed 2019 May 07

Pros:The Jeep handled well on the mountain curves in inclement weather, held to the road in strong wind. Visibility was good, defrost effective. We like the roomy storage area, and the back doors which opened fully. This was first Jeep either of us had driven, and we found all the panel information, buttons and levers, clearly marked and easy to use.Cons:The gas gauge did not seem to give reliable reading. We drove a major portion of our trip using, apparently, a moderate portion of available gas. The gas alarm light flashed on surprisingly soon after the gauge registered a quarter tank. We had projected our refill stop, and had to recalculate.Reviewed 2016 Dec 08

AnnoyedPros:I rented a car for my drive home to San Francisco when I got in the car there was sticky residue on the seats.
