Pros:The entire experience was amazing! I have rented cars in the past and have had marginal experiences in most cases. Everybody I encountered was friendly the explanation of all expectations was clear and I was upgraded to an EscaladeCons:Well if the Escalade had gotten better than 24 miles to the gallon I would have been happier but that's not Enterprises fault. I intend to call corporate headquarters and sing the Praises of the staff.Reviewed 2019 May 26

Pros:This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a car rental. They upgraded my car. The staff was super helpful. Sean helped me set up the Bluetooth. They called the next day to see if everything was okay. When I returned the car, I was given a ride to the airport. Highly recommended.Cons:Nothing. I had meant to rent the car at the Medford airport and had rented it here by mistake. But i was very happy with my mistake. It was considerably less expensive here and a very good experience.Reviewed 2019 May 19

Avoid if possibleCons:Reservation not at specified location (airport). Had to take a cab to get to the down town location. Company made now effort to provide transportation. Then waited nearly 2 hours for "Next available vehicle". Unfortunately, the gas tank was S early empty...needed gas just to get out of town. The car was not clean and had damage to the seat. While they attempted to reduce the price the final bill was still higher than agreed to. Avoid if possible!Reviewed 2017 May 09
