Pros:Easy pick up and drop off. The car swap was pretty smooth.Cons:Flat tire half way through the trip. No damage to the tire it just went flat somehow so that added about 3 hours to the trip. Road side assistance took two hours to get to us when it was estimated to be a little less than an hour (he changed it very quickly though and was very nice).Reviewed 2021 Apr 26

Pros:They cancelled my reservation 8 hours before I needed the car which put me in a bind. Then I had to make a reservation with another company and pay double the price. They would not reimburse me or give me any sort of reparation.Reviewed 2020 Sep 22

Cons:Customer service rep you walk the customer to the car or employee to help with the bags and the same teach someone how to work the new technology of the vehicle you get... since is going to be yours for fee hrs or days..... and do together a full inspection of the vehicle....Reviewed 2020 Aug 21

Pros:The customer service staff were incredibly friendly and nice. Cannot commend them enough.Cons:The car had an overwhelming smokers smell. It was intense. Especially in the heat. It was horrible. Also the car's touch screen (which basically controls everything) didn't work well. It routinely would freeze and we'd have to restart the car to get it to work again.Reviewed 2020 Jul 21

Pros:The pick up and drop off were very easy. The car they gave me was okay, not very comfortable but good gas mileage. My drop off went great, they had an assistant to help park so I could just go to my flight at the airport.Cons:The initial online cost estimate was misleading. My first estimate was ~70$ for one day and another 10$ for the insurance. But because I'm 24 and not 25 I was charged 130$. Which is alot higher than I expected. Being more upfront about the online estimates regarding not meeting whatever arbitrary age requirement you want to use would be appreciated.Reviewed 2019 Dec 12

Pros:your staff was friendly and made it easy to do business with your company,Cons:This was a one way rental I would have liked to have dropped it off at a location closer to the town I live in instead of at the airport. Pros:The Mobile airport is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I had to change my rental place s multiple times and they were super helpful.Cons:My rental went from $87 for 4 days to $490 for 6 days, due to all my changes, which were related to bad weather in Houston.
