We waited over 2.5 hours to receive our rental. Management provided wait times that were not accurate: first we were told one hour, then 1.5 hours, the 2 hours ect. It was finally 2 hours 45 mins later that we received the rental. We were also told that they were extremely understaffed and dealing with operational problems. We have two young kids under the age of 5 so you can imagine how upsetting this was not to mention how it created an unpleasant start to our vacation. To pay a premium for a rental, I expect better service and lower wait times.Reviewed 2024 Jul 14
