The positives were: a decent car. A reasonable price (before insurance). A simple and fast returns process. Free airport transfers. The negatives were: a really long wait to collect the car due to a significant queue. Very high and unavoidable insurance rates ($45 per day).Reviewed 2026 Aug 05

I had a disappointing experience with this car rental company. I rented a small Kia for only about 7 hours, but I was required to provide a CAD 1,500 deposit/hold, which felt very high for such a short rental. The deposit was also not returned immediately. When I called after 3 days, I was told it could take around 10 to 15 business days, which can be up to about 2 to 3 weeks. I feel this is too long and should have been clearly explained before I signed the rental agreement. At pickup, I had to wait more than 45 minutes while standing, and after that I felt rushed to sign the contract without a clear explanation of the conditions, including the deposit return timeline. I also found a few water bottles left in the trunk and had to dispose of them myself. Overall, the process felt poorly explained and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to use this company again.Reviewed 2026 Jul 09

The rentals are cheap, so don’t expect Tier 1 cars or overall service. They will also hold $1500 deposit on your credit card, 5-7 business days as per the contract, but it’s been 12 business days I still don’t have a refund. I have a second rental with them at 5 business days and that’s a $3,000 being held on my card. Just be aware.Reviewed 2026 Apr 28

Called numerous times each time was told a shuttle was on the way and it would be 10-15 minutes. Waited 55 minutes because the dispatch never actually sent the driver until my third call.Reviewed 2025 Jul 16

They stole my credit card information and I had to cancel my card when the fraud department called me with over $2000 of unauthorized purchases from several online stores. They are crooks.Reviewed 2024 Dec 06
