Pros:My experience was actually amazing. The on line experience and both in person experiences were excellent. I do not want to take away from that. The accidental ordering of two cars, and being able to cancel with no trouble was a very great experience as well.Cons:My experience ordering an economy car and getting a V6, was a bit sad. I had a long way to travel and that was the impulse to get a eco car. The gas cost more that the rental of the car, due to the engine size. My recommendation would to ensure if a eco car was ordered do your best or at least tell the person so they may choose something more fuel efficient. All in all great experience. Cons:I booked mini van online i was there at the location on time. I called, I went to the front desk, ask everyone around. No one was there to inform me anything or reply by email or cellphone.
