Pros:The guy was unhelpful and very rude, he talked to us with Attitude, we asked for a supervisor or manager and he was i’m the manager and i have the final answer.. after 5 minutes of arguing he decided to call his manager only to say that my documents where expires which it wasnt true..Cons:You need to improve your Human resources. Pros:Well I did not have the pleasure to have one of your cars in my trip because when I arrived in the airport with my reservation, the was not car available. Pros:nothingCons:The ALAMO employee at the airport counter is running his own business. $600 is the lowest price you have to pay in order to have a car at the ALAMO rental car at the Santiago’s airport, while other car rental companies would charge halve that price.Reviewed 2019 Mar 31

Cons:Alamo did not honor the reservation made through Kayak. I had reserved a Chevrolet Tahoe or similar through Kayak. Alamo informed me that I would have to pay $140 more per day in order to rent that type of vehicle. I attempted to speak with management in the Dominican Republic to no avail.Reviewed 2019 Feb 19
