At pick-up they tried to give me wrong vehicles and told me that my agreement was for a premium sedan and not a premium SUV Cadillac XT6 or similar. It was really bad experience. The office was closed after waiting for the shuttle forever then I get ride there found out they are closed, even I checked with them earlier and they said they will wait for me because they have my flight number and they know what time it land.Reviewed 2025 Jan 14

The car overheated because there was not enough cooling liquid in the car so we had to pull over on the side of the highway. Budget road sided asssistance was not helpful because they wanted us to wait several hours in 90 degree heat for a tow truck to come. Customer service was also rude and not helpful when we asked for a refund for the vehicle that did not work properly.Reviewed 2024 Jun 30

The first truck stank of cigarette smoke. The agent tried to get us a different truck, but it was parked in. Then he left, and we were given the same smoky truck. Finally, an hour and fifteen minutes after arriving, we had our vehicle. The truck had many broken glass bits all over the bed and back seat. We did not get cut, but we did get to put a knee and hand on the glass a few times. Overall, it was ok. The truck did its job. Drop-off was super easy.Reviewed 2024 Jun 27
