Cons:Crystal the manager was terrific so it couldn’t have been too much better. She fixed a computer glitch that showed me bringing in the car with less miles than when I picked it up.Reviewed 2019 Jul 25

Pros:Horrible customer service. Nothing to like.Cons:Reserved and received a confirmation number. Paid an uber to get us to the pickup location only to have a very rude young lady say they dont honor reservations made in the last 24 hours. Completely bad attitude, unapologetic for our wasted time and money and no real explanation given for any of it.Reviewed 2019 Jun 25

Management problemsPros:We got upgraded to a kia Sorento. We really enjoyed the vehicle, very comfortable, good gas milage.Cons:The vehicle was not on-site when we arrived; they had to go get it. The price we paid was not the price stated when we made the reservation on-line. When we pointed out the discrepancy, the agent said she would figure it out and call us after we were on our way. She did not do this at any time. The vehicle was not clean when we when it was rented to us, outside or inside. Finally, several other people were in the place when were were waiting for our vehicle; two left in quite a huff. One said that their whole trip was ruined and the other said that they did not live up to what was promised or agreed to. Someone ended up picking her up rather than in a rental.Reviewed 2017 Sep 20
