Nice that an employee, Willie, met me as I returned the car. As I told him, my only problem with the rental car was that it had four charging ports and not one of them was a standard USB connector. All C type charging, which i don’t use. So my phone kept dying because i couldn’t charge it.Reviewed 2023 Nov 10

Pros:the woman at the counter was very nice and pretty efficient. Drop off was quick and easy as wellCons:They didn't honor the price that I was quoted. It should have been $165 and instead they charged me. about $30 more. Said some baloney about the airport fees not being added in. The price said it already included taxes and fees. When you are standing at the check out counter needing your car, they have you over a barrel. I'm sure that that is their plan. What can you do? You have to have a car, you are in a city that is not your hometown and you have no choice but to pay. Not a very honest way to conduct businessReviewed 2021 May 30

Pros:The pick up location was the airport. Their system said it was on the other side of town.
