Good customer service. Car was a little late but there’s only so much they can do when cars show up late.Reviewed 2024 Mar 27

Despite having a reservation they didn’t actually have any cars. The wait for a car was an hour and half and the seating area was full of people waiting for cars. I had a scheduled tour so I had to call another company for a car. Not sure what is going on but Budget needs to figure things out.Reviewed 2024 Jan 13

One of the clerks were very rude. My pickup time was supposed to be noon. I waited until almost 2:00.Reviewed 2023 Oct 08

Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful at both locations for my one-way rental. At the pickup, they had overbooked, and I had to wait over an hour for a car to come in (some people with reservations were turned away). I was also told I had to buy their insurance to take the car, and had to work very hard to get that charge removed.Reviewed 2022 Oct 30

The Budget online system directed us to a location that had zero cars. We had to go with all of our luggage to second location. Our order confirmed by credit card was for a convertible Mustang or similar. The second location doesn't have any convertible cars at all. Because of Budget we wasted 3 hours. They offered us only one uncomfortable car, which was not even washed. I expect a refund. I paid for something completely different, plus Budget caused a long delay in my journey, which impacted the day.Reviewed 2022 Sept 29

Car was clean and ran well. Slight pick up issue but not budgets problem as renters were slow to bring cars back. Don't call corporate as they are not updated on current local office hours.Reviewed 2022 Aug 24
