Enterprise was fine. I didn't get a car. I cancelled the reservation bc I was going to use the car for driving for Uber. When I inquired about it, I found out that I could not do that. They were very accommodating about it. But the insurance company charged $126 for a full week of insurance. I cancelled with Enterprise and Kayak. (Who I thought sold me the insurance). When the money was charged to my account, I immediately contacted them to let them know that I had cancelled. So far the response I have gotten is insurance co. tells me to contact Kayak and Kayak tells me to contact insurance co. for a refund. So far haven't received any money back. Billed more than said. Vehicle possible problems. No tow although told many times coming. No vehicle to exchange for although told so. Then we were held up for hours due to the rental not going to let my son drive it out again cuz no other vehicle. This whole process cost us more money and hours of our vacation time.
