The staff were friendly and helpful. I just wish the process was faster and more info could be provided up front so we didn't have to wait so long to get everything processed (took 1 hour from start to finish). Drop off was very easy and fast.Reviewed 2022 Mar 21

Terrible! The car broke down and agency wants to charge me for it!Cons:Very poor customer service. Had car 1 day and it left me stranded. Clutch damage seems to be issue and agency wants to charge me for it. They also want to charge me for full rental and gas (which I was unable to fill because car broke down). Terrible customer service upon return. This was a terrible experience overall!Reviewed 2018 Nov 26
