Pros:Nothing in particular. They didn’t have a car ready so we waited almost an hour. Then we got the BS bait and switch with insurance. Quote on line did not indicate need for insurance, then agent would not release car unless we purchased insurance. Standard foreigner upcharge.Cons:Have car available on time. Pros:The staff was very friendly.Cons:The cost rental of the vehicle was great, but the insurance was very high. I think that we paid for one week, the insurance of the car for the whole year. In Panama the car insurance is not too high in comparison to USA.Reviewed 2019 Jan 18

No carCons:When I arrived at the specified time of pickup, they didn't have a car for me to rent. This was a big problem, in part because the only available car in the airport was from Express Rent a Car and it had a nail in one tire, and a thumb tack in another. Security depositPros:After returning the in the same conditions the teller did not reimburse the security deposit right away . She said it will take two weeks for it .. In addition, when you return the document that the car is in good condition and it is signed by their representative they do not provide a receipt unless you ask fir it .and I’m also supposed to signed the document.Cons:Security deposit should be return right away after impection if the carReviewed 2018 Dec 31
