I had to wait 2 hours for my rental car because they had none. Even though a reservation means you reserve the car and it’s there at the slotted time. I felt bad for the people running the counter because they were being yelled at by many others. But I quickly lost sympathy when they finally had a car, rushed Nd manipulated me with the insurance and gave me a Canadian car that had a KM dash. Never again.Reviewed 2023 Sep 24

The vehicle had an expired inspection sticker, a maintenance needed message popped up early in the week, one front tire had a terrible shimmy, and one seat was ripped. I can live with that, but they hit us with a no-show fee the day after we picked up the vehicle and they are resistant to reversing the fee on a vehicle that we picked up.Reviewed 2023 Aug 04

It was an okay experience. The woman at the counter was great. My issues came with the reservation and the trash left in the vehicle. I reserved a large truck, and when I got there was told there wasn’t one. I had to take a small truck and was luckily able to make it work for my application. They discounted the rental and that helped. There were a handful (5-6) old rental packets in the glove compartment/center console and we found bits of food under the seat. Vehicle was newer and drove well. We will rent from them again.Reviewed 2023 Jun 22

I was charged for gas despite filling it 2 miles from airport, getting the fuel shutoff twice which indicated to me it was full and gauge showing full. Not okay and I cancelled our reservation for a week later and used National. Actions have consequences, I emailed the company and had no reply so bye bye Budget, I respond by taking my business elsewhere.Reviewed 2023 May 25
