The lady at the counter was awesome. After taking the train from NYC to Stamford to get the car, I unfortunately forgot my drivers license back in NYC! She let me leave my bags in the office so that I wouldn't have to drag them back to NYC to retrieve my license.Reviewed 2023 Jul 05

Pros:The drop off location at TF Green airport is very confusing. Not budgets fault though.Cons:I was 37 minute late and they tried to charge me $109 in late fees. I argued it down to 28 dollars, but the additional charge - almost a full day's fee! - was completely ridiculous.Reviewed 2021 May 05

Friendly professional staff neutralized by unclear after hours policyPros:Friendly staff, clean car, good ratesCons:Even though the budget guy said I had the option of dropping off the car after hours (if I were a day early) when I arrived the place was locked up like fort knox and I had to make an additional 3 hour round trip to bring the car back *during my work day.* This was extremely frustrating and the fact that it was avoidable given proper signage or instruction, made it downright maddening.Reviewed 2017 May 03

Pickup could be faster, annoying key chain, no snoPros:Overall was ok carCons:Pickup process can be better streamlined and faster. Car was filthy on outside (weather was terrible outside so somewhat forgivable) No snow brush in the car Key chain had two keys attached to it which is useless and annoying.
