Staff in Jackson never answered the phone. We were getting in at 11:15PM and it said the booth closed at 11. Call all day to confirm and no one picked up. When we returned the car, we were charged double the price of what we rented it for. Horrible experience.6.8 Okay

The associate at the Jackson Hertz was very unhelpful and discourteous. I reserved a mid-size SUV and on the reservation it said, “Jeep Cherokee, Ford Escape, Toyota Rav-4, or similar model.” However, the associate would not let me rent a Jeep Cherokee without paying for an upgrade.8.0 Very good

I had to pay more and lost 2 hours of time. Called Bridget Whiteman, the supervisor, and she recommended I wait until the next morning to pick up the car.
